Answer:
Yes. They are adjustable and can be mounted on either side. You'll probably want to remove the plastic rifle mounts, otherwise they reduce the usable area of one of your shelves.

Answer:
I don't know about the delivery man, but I strapped it to a hand-truck and rolled it around my house to the back basement level door. I only had to deal with one step.
My wife and I had no real problems (but it did take placing a ramp up that step.
So, my guess is that if you can arrange to have a hand truck and a strap available, you should be able to wheel it into your garage.

The cons include price and additional weight. The weight is only a con when installing or moving the safe. Once in place, it makes the safe harder to remove (if you do not bolt it down)

22-Gun Combination Lock Safe in Matte Black is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 88.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good low end safe Mine arrived without issue. A couple bad things - rust on the inside near the hinges. They need to clean and then repaint after welding the hinges on - lots of cross threaded screws holding the carpeting. A couple had stripped heads. The screws themselves are all stainless, the assemblers just need to slow down and not man handle it with power tools - Carpet is not cut well particularly bunched up around the floor - lock dial does not turn silky smooth. Now that the price approaches $500, this safe is not such a huge value. But it works well, the hinges and locking mechanism all operates smoothly and it's the only safe in this size. The weight was important to me as I would be moving it by myself. I would buy it again

From the videos the reviews, I expected it to be well worth the money. After receiving my safe, I realized that the steel it was made with was very thin. the door itself seems like it would be somewhat easy for a thief to get into. I do like the internal hinge system though. The combination lock seems to be decent. I have had no problems with it thus far. I purchased this safe specifically for the combination lock and price. I have had trouble with electronic locks in the past. Overall I am satisfied with the safe and it does the job. I will just have to bolt it down really well lol.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DECENT SAFE FOR THE MONEY Used price match to save $100 on the safe and ship to store for another $100 savings. I did get all of my rifles and shotguns, 19 in all, in the safe but no room for anything else. They can still my ammo but not my guns.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great gun safe, sucky delivery This is not a gun safe, per se, but a very strong lockable cabinet that will keep your guns out of the hands of children which is why I bought it. At $500 delivered to my door, it was worth it. A true gun safe, one that would keep your guns and valuables out the hands of a serious thief would cost twice as much and weight about 500 lbs instead of the 250 pounds this weighs. However, a word about the delivery. It was a joke. I was "promised" delivery Oct 5, which got moved to Oct 7 and then I found out "Delivery" means to the loading dock of the delivery service who actually does deliver it. They can and did sit on it for a week, and I had no idea who they were until they mysteriously called. This is not UPS Fed Ex or even USPS service you might expect

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value After visiting sporting goods stores , gun stores , "safe only" stores , a Gun Show and then searching web sites this product stood out .......the exact size was most critical but not only was "free delivery" a huge savings on such a heavy item it was also efficient and convenient.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very Disappointed I really should have done my research on this piece of JUNK!!! My neighbor was able to open the so called safe in less than 60 seconds!!! When I opened the metal box I discovered that the shelf rails had fallen off. The screws had been stripped out. Very disappointing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Basic This is a basic safe that checks all of the boxes. It is made in China, so it does suffer from some quality issues. My safe arrived with screws missing that should have been installed (they were rolling around inside). The plastic interior parts detract from otherwise solid construction. The combination lock feels like it could be easily picked as the cylinders are fairly noisy and clanky. The overall design is solid, the fit and finish are lacking. I consider it a good value given the $400-$500 price range. Just know, you get what you pay for. Mine arrived damaged, but not enough for me to deal with the return process.
