Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by PFC1 I'd use it again, I recommend it.
Overall, I am happy with the product. One problem I ran into was with the handrail pre-drilled holes. The holes were drilled off center. I actually had to re-drill them in the proper location. The holes were drilled correctly in relation to each other, correctly in the long axis. But the baluster socket is designed to fit snugly into the channel cut into the bottom of the handrail. If you used the holes I had; the socket would not fit correctly. The pre-drilled holes were offset in the radial axis and I had to use the socket as a template to re-drill them. Not a show stopper, just a quality issue with the manufacture of the kit. Seemed like the handrail was not in the proper position (top dead center?) when it was drilled.
Things I would do different next time: Skip the stain on the wood parts. My Red Oak Stain looked like ####. JUst go with natural. Also, if you are using one kit for 2 smaller size railing sections; order an extra hand rail pivot kit.
So far I have completed one level kit and I have one to go and two stair kits. The finished railing looks great and is sturdy. BTW - the balusters are round.
Also, the directions are so small you need a microscope. Use their website and find the instructions there. The YouTube install vid leaves many details hidden.

For the do it your selfer it's a great product. The part that's a bit misleading it has to be used with their post as well or you have to fabricate it quite a bit. Also the screws along with the pre drilled screws are horrible. But the overall look of the railings come out awesome.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Rails were easy to assemble though a little time consuming. Mounting was a little more complicated.
Great product, instructions could have been a little better written but all in all these are great for the average homeowner and can be installed by most do it your-selfers.

After trying to locate a level rail system that didn't look like it belonged outdoors, we found this! We were able to install in just about 6 hours (with breaks), and couldn't be happier with it.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by charlie simple rail, not so simple
They say it's as simple as one, two, three, believe me it's not!!
They have a part called a rail "pivot" it attaches to the newel post or wall. I ordered 5 sections and received 10 pivots, 6 were 2" deep with a gloss black finish, 4 were 2 3/4" deep with a flat black finish, the flat black ones were standard threat the others were metric, great quality control. Now what do I do with two different styles of pivots? I called the company and they laughed and said something like wow how about that.
The only GOOD part of this project is Home Depot is doing there best to help me work with the company.

This is by far the easiest and best way to install a balluster railing around my staircase. It comes as a kit so all you need to do is stain or paint it and install between the newel posts, very simple and looks great!
