701K-G Kit includes the 77HP-G High Power Tone Generator and the 200EP Tone Probe Amplifier. Included is a rugged, woven nylon carrying case. Has 50 hours of battery life.

It wasn't specifically designed to, but supposedly it can according to our network engineer.
I haven't tried it myself and I am skeptical it will be suitable for a live network. I bought the bullet and bought a Fluke Intellitone Pro 200 as I got tired of running into situations of not being able to trace a live network cable from a device over to a switchport. I bought the bullet and bought a Fluke Intellitone Pro 200 as I got tired of running into situations of not being able to trace a live network cable from a device over to a switchport. Besides, the Fluke can test all wires in an Ethernet cable and double as being absolutely sure that is indeed the cable you're looking for.
