The review summary pretty much says it all -- the power washer seems to be well built (albeit a bit tippy...it needs a lower center of gravity) and seems to have a lot of force. The customer service experience with HD was far less than ideal (be prepared to wait a LONG time to receive the product).

Excellent in cleaning our shadow box fence. Looks like new again. It was over 15 years since it was installed so it really needed power washing. Living in Florida, there was a lot of mold on it. Also cleaned our concrete drive too. Did a good job on it too.

The power washer works great and is easy to handle. The only issue I had was getting the quick connect from the hose pushed onto the unit. Long electrical cord allows good travel distance, plenty of tubing from the washer to the wand. I bought this item on sale and am very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this online and assembled it in less than 20 minutes. I used it to power wash a concrete patio. Although not as powerful as my previous gas power washer, it was plenty powerful enough to clean the patio.
The second time I used, I tried to pull it using the garden hose and both one wheel and the quick connect broke. After calling the number on the manual, I ended up taking it back to Home Depot where they not only refunded the purchase prize but order a replacement right there at the store! Home Depot rocks.
The 4 stars is because the plastic parts are inexpensive and break easily. Otherwise it does a very nice job for the money.

We used this power washer 3 times before it stopped working. It worked great the 3 times we used it and we were able to use it on a variety of things. The pressure was very good for an electric pressure washer. But it wouldn't start the next time we tried to use it. There was no indication of what was wrong with it, since it had worked fine the last time we used it. Home Depot was great about taking it back and we eventually purchased a gas powered pressure washer from Home Depot that works great and is still holding up. Don't waste your money or time on an electric pressure washer. We should have listened to the reviews of the other electric power washers.

I bought this pressure washer about a month ago. Very easy set up and use. Used it on vinyl siding, a concrete patio and plastic lawn furniture with no detergent and it all looked brand new with no damage to anything. Tried it on a wooden swing set...the high pressure will damage the wood but on the low setting it cleaned about twenty years of green mold off with no problems. I've run it for about 2 hours at a time with no problems. Only suggestion is to make sure the quick connect valve is on properly before turning it on and be mindful of the hose so you don't pull the washer over as you move. Other than that, I'm extremely satisified with this product.

I was looking for a gas powered one but everyone said this thing was so good so I figured what the heck.It was very easy to assemble and that is the reason for the 1 star.First the connector for the garden hose leaks like a siv.The soap dispenser falls off and the lid does not stay on.
The unit constantly loses pressure for the first 30 min of use.Even when it is primed as the instructions say. Then it is so unstable it tips over with any pull on the hose. After it tips you must stand it up and shut it down so it will prime again.
I hate the fact that home depot is 90 min from my house otherwise it would have been back in the store after the first 15 min of use
