OK tape measure.
-Tape measure is of the same quality as any average tape.
-Marking (16 inch stud marks and so forth) is the same as any average tape.
-Magnet may be helpful when you need it, but need for a magnet may be rare for DIY's and pending what trade you specialize in.
-Stand out states 11 ft, which is true. However, don't expect it to stand straight out or be rigid. It starts to droop significantly around 7 ft and just gets worse. You will still need 2 people or have to secure the end to measure any lengths over about 3 ft accurately.
Overall, this tape is the same any average tape, but you are paying for the magnet on the end. If you don't need the magnet, then save yourself some money and buy another tape at half the cost and you will be just as satisfied.

Stanley tapes have always had a excellent standing with contractors and professional carpenters. When pro's go for a tape they go for a Stanley it's always been that way in my over 50 years in the construction industry, and there has to be a reason for that!.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jdrewf Great tape measure
Tape is very rigid. You can easily go 15-20 feet in the air measuring by yourself without supports. The tip is magnetic great for working with ferrous metals. The mechanism is smooth and reliable while feeling great in the hand
All tape measures should be made like the Stanley Fat Max magnetic tip.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Toast Good Construction, but why no cm?
Built tough and would be great accept that it has no cm. Why wouldn't the tape utilize it's other side to display the metric length?
