CUSTOMER REVIEWS

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 93 reviewers.
Rated 5 out of 5 by Gr8 Toolbox I have an older version of this toolbox (approx 4 yrs ago) and its still going strong. I use the bottom half evryday at work and i pile 2 rubbermaid containers on top to haul around my HVLP sprayer and ventilation system and it is still going strong. I expected the wheels to have fallen off by now with the abuse i put i thru. I use it in the snow all thru a Winnipeg winter as well. Snow builds up in the wheel wells but it still plows thru the unshoveled sidewalks of my customers. 2nd best tool I've bought for my business next to my Ridgid portable wet/dry vac. November 22, 2008
Rated 2 out of 5 by Great concept... Weak design. I was very excited to load this baby up. My total tool weight is around 50 - 60 pounds. If you have this much or more, AVOID THIS PRODUCT. I was extremely careful with this tool box, as I am with all my tools. The first time I rolled this baby down a hallway the plastic casing around the handle lock cracked. The rest of the case is ABS plastic; around the handle housing is garbage plastic. Snappy snappy... :( Also, the design falls short again with the handle length. It's just not long enough to get your feet out of the way while pulling it. The handle pulls out of the aluminium tubing. Why wouldn't they keep some metal tubing inside metal tubing???? Instead the entire weight of the box rests on this no-good plastic casing. I'm returning it tomorrow... First use... done. Thanks but no thanks, I rely on my tools and I can't rely on this garbage. Having dumped on the product, I still really really really like the concept; the implementation just wasn't there. December 12, 2011
Rated 5 out of 5 by Great Box from Stanley! I love this rolling toolbox. I have the tools that I need in the garage all Summer and I roll it down the stairs for winter projects. Works great and is unbelievably sturdy compared to oither other substandard and cheap rolling tool boxes out there! I checked out a lot of boxes in that price range and this one is the best for my money and use that I will put it too. October 31, 2008
Rated 5 out of 5 by Stanly normally isnt that special, but their line of FatMax tools are great. this toolbox has three compartments, wheels for the handyman on the go, and best of all, when locked in place, its nearly indestructible. unlike MANY other toolboxes, this FatMax can support my weight. check it out in store; you wont miss it March 26, 2009
Rated 1 out of 5 by too light I purchased it for portable use, it is made too light, within the first few uses the handle and wheels came off, there is no problems with the drawer slides, they are made tough but the wheels are pinned in place with plastic pins and broke easily. Not what I'm used to from Stanley. April 7, 2009
