Customer Reviews

Rated 2.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by OK kit except for AWFUL siding The picture shows nice long even siding pieces, but the kit includes a bunch of scrap pieces, most of which are 2 ft long. The longest piece was 5 ft. Since at least 1/3 of the pieces had to be hand trimmed to square the ends off, it ended up taking almost 1.5 days just to put the siding on. It should have been a few hours at most. Some of the siding pieces, especially the 2 footers, were almost 1/4 inch wider at the bottom resulting in ugly uneven gaps that couldn't be fixed. Aside from the quality of the lumber, (we had to notch one trim piece from the back to get enough of a bend to make it look straight), the kit was pretty easy to build. May 29, 2008
