this dropcloth is easily stored, ;lasts well and is good for many uses besides a paint cloth. i like the way it stays put, doesnt slip if you step on it, and is good for covering things for protection, yet is lightweight and well suited for any job.it doesnt tear easily, fits under a seat, and is compact.

I have used this product on many occasions when painting in a customer's home. It stays put where you place it and does not soak through if you do have any drops.
The plastic backing allows it to hold the drips off the floor.

This product is good and heavy to stay put against the wall. A definite recommendation.

This drop cloth is so thin, rips instantly. Static doesn't really do much to keep it in place. Would not buy again.

I was worried my wood floor would get scratched when the painter were there, so I wanted a product covering for the wood floor that would not move around. The drop clothes I purchased were perfect, they did not slip on the floor at all.

Bought this together with 2 of the cheaper 0.7 mil HDX drop cloths in the same size to cover the carpet when painting the ceiling in a small bedroom. The vinyl Stay Put is every bit worth the small price difference over the cheaper plastic HDX drop cloth. The plastic one one would lift up with literally every step I took. It was ridiculously thin as well but its refusal to just stay in place is what turned an otherwise simple job into a frustrating ordeal. On the other hand the Stay Put worked like a champ. Never used it in on hard flooring but it stayed put on carpeting, the vinyl is plenty thick but still pliable enough to fold down the sides of furniture or up against the wall and its easily reusable which actually makes it better value than the disposable plastic kind.
