Not sure how to pinpoint it really, but I will say that bygone Europe is not what I'd immediately think of upon locking my gaze on this oddball. I wanted to recreate Charlie Brown Christmas in my den but it ended up looking more like something from Alice in Wonderland. And that's not exactly a bad thing considering I'm a huge Lewis Carroll fan, I.just wasn't prepared at all. Had I known, I would've put both leaves in the formal dining table, & added a couple extra place settings to make room for the March Hare & the Mad Hatter. As a side note: the pets LOVED it. No electrocuted cats this yr and only one dog swallowed the bottom branch whole. If I could suggest one improvement: space the branches further apart vertically so gaps between the ones above/below are larger & a greater distance apart. We like to see more trunk in our house. Otherwise can't complain. This thing even had its own special tree scent after awhile. ..which I could not get over bc I chkd repeatedly, it said artificial on the box.

Rated 1 out of 5Â by Buttermilk1 THIS PRODUCT HAS VERY VERY LONG NEEDLES
This tree has very very super long needles....a good 6 inches long. Weird looking. Dark dark green in color...did not look good. the picture on this site needs to be changed because it is not what is shown on picture. Great to put together and easy. Plus the shape is thin style like in the picture.

My tree however had a broken light socket with only wires left and no way to just replace bulb in middle section so whole mid section would not light. I returned the tree. If I were to order this again I would get one with no lights so you can string your own. If a string goes out you don't have to replace the tree.
