Customer Reviews

Smoking Wood Chips for Pork is rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taste was good I had never used a smoker before. I did not read instructions and put in chips about 4 times in 3 hours. I then covered the ribs in foil for about 1 more hour. I let them rest. After about 3 hours I warmed them on a open grill on high heat. They were a bit of alright! The smoke flavor was there but not overpowering. Good choice.
