The patio door was ordered vie a customer request and specifications. We where given an appropriate date of delivery that was suitable to the both of us. We where notified within an acceptable time frame as to the delivery and they followed they.
Product was in excellent condition and was easy to install.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by GoldenGal Door doesn't fully seal
Upon arrival, we were happy with the door. Then our contractor installed it, and it won't seal between the weatherstripping and the door at the top/center of the door. You can see daylight through it and of course wind, etc. The bottom seals fine. This isn't something we can fix by adjusting anything so unfortunately we will be returning it. It's too bad I had to pay my contractor to put in a defective door and now I have to have him remove it and install a new one on my dime. Save yourself the money and headache of having to uninstall a return and get a different door/brand.

I got this specific door since it very difficult to find 48 inch wide exterior French doors. I am happy that I read the other reviews and the biggest complaint is that the door does not seal properly. Because of that I took my time and it took many adjustments but I was finally able to get the door to seal properly. But it took a lot of patience.
Note that it does not come with any brick-molding. So add that on to your material bill.
Some other comments: It did not come with any installation instructions. Not hard to figure out the hardware, but there were about 6 one-inch woodscrews that came that I have no idea what they are for. Also you need to drill two holes which are very important in placement to ensure the door sealing properly. Again that is a patience thing and something not too drill to quickly until you are sure it is aligned properly. In fact, I did not drill the holes until a few days later to ensure proper alignment.
Remember, the door has to be PERFECTLY square and shimmed perfectly.
But here is the thing that really disappoints me. My door is on the exterior wall with no large overhang, such as a porch. I just noticed after several rainfalls that at the bottom of the door at the jamb, the vinyl veneer is separating in the corner. Since I just put these up about a month ago, I am not sure at what rate they will deteriorate.
Good looking door though.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Rick Door is warped
The doors don't seal. The frame is perfectly level and plumb, but you can see daylight between the main door and the weather stripping. Especially at the top because the door is warped. I had to trim the seal strip in the middle because it was too long for the opening. It dented the threshold during shipping. I had a hard time getting the second door open. For $1000+ I expected at least solid construction.
Otherwise the doors look good and function. I'll just have to add some more weather stripping and live with the dent in the threshold.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by AAWB nice doors..but not a great seal
The doors came as advertised, correct color, hardware opening direction etc. they accepted paint readily and overall look is good. Off the shelf handles and deadbolts fit with no additional drilling or whittling. Disappointing part is that even though they have new weatherstripping there are a few areas that allow drafts in. Not sure of any adjustment that would solve this as the doors close well and fit and alignment seems good. Aesthetically they do look good and operate smoothly.
