I have had this under a year Cooks great and holds a 16 lb turkey. I feel bad for all of you who have had so many incidents but even with a new car come lots are lemon law found. We have had smooth sailing with our stove and I am glad we ordered it.

Purchased this stove because of the compact size for my summer cottage. Had to transport it from my home to my remote cottage. Upon unpacking discovered the side panel was dented and the top back splash unit was chipped and scratched. Decided to install the stove, as is, because most of the dent on the side panel was hidden by the side cabinet and I could order a replacement back splash unit.
It took nearly three months to get the replacement part due to terrible Home Depot customer service.
Many times they promised to return my telephone calls with information on the status of the replacement part but never returned my call. Overall not happy with the quality of the range. When using the oven there is no way to know when it is at the desired temperature.
Would not buy another appliance online from Home Depot.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BakingInNebraska Just right for my small place
Dimensions perfect for my small kitchen. Looks nice, surface doubles as extra workspace. Slightly disappointed by flimsy back panel — I am looking for solution to make it more sturdy/secure. I read reviews that indicated the clock and timer didn't work but were for show only, that is not the case. They work just fine.
My last oven didn't have a window or a light...I am enjoying those features as well. Oven holds temp nicely and does good of baking evenly.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MissAllie The flimsy top back panel is only flaw of this stove.
The top back panel is built very flimsy and moves toward the wall with every push of the timer. But then the timer (and clock) are the only things on the top back panel so if I use a manual timer I don't have to touch the top back panel at all. There is also a very large gap (about a quarter of an inch) in the curved seam where the metal plates that make up the top back panel side and top back panel front come together. This is only on the left side. This makes the stove look to be made very cheaply.
The rest of the stove looks and functions exactly as I had hoped for. I replaced a 20" coil stove and wanted a glass top this time. I was very pleased to find a glass top in this small size.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by outasync Bad feeling when it was delivered....
I gave it a "2" because it cooks alright on top. But on delivery, it looked cheap when the clock on it alone would not display straight - bad sign. I needed the oven and for me it was not worth going through the return for a slightly crooked clock. It did cook fine for a year, but door always felt "crickity" opening and closing and bottom drawer flimsy. Right after a year the over door stopped closing properly (a little wire piece wore off after little use and something inside is not shutting/locking properly) - so cannot use bottom oven at all. That is BAD for $600+. It was no reflection on Home Depot - only the maker of the oven. It is just very hard to find a good quality 20-inch without paying through the nose. - they are cheap, camper quality - taking advantage of people that need their size.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lizzi It looks nice, easy to use ,works well. I love it.
I know it does not come with the power cord so I bought one at Home Depot before delivery.
My handyman was on site at the time of delivery. within minutes he put everything together, tested it and everything works just fine. It looks great! Works well,I love it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MrBjr Most features you can get in a 20" range
This range has all the features of the mid-priced, full size units. I've had it about 2 weeks and everything works great. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the construction. The metal is very thin and, as other reviews have stated, the top is barely attached and is really just for show (I added screws to help). Over-all I'm happy with it so far, just wish the back had some brackets to attach rather than 2 sheetmetal screws.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by kj007 stove doesn't come with power cord, really??!!
For a stove that costs over $600, shouldn't it come with a power cord?
Home depot on-line called the vendor and got a snippy lady who said it didn't come with a cord, however, there is NOTHING on the description of the stove that states a power cord needs to be ordered separately.
