Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great inexpensive kayak This is a great entry level kayak. It is light and easy to transport. I have only used it in calm waters but it is very maneuverable as well as stable. It does not track as well as a longer kayak would, but as an entry level fishing kayak it has exceeded my expectations.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good Product....Poor Customer Service We Love the Kayak but hope customer service improves! Our Kayak did not arrive within the designated time and when I called and the Home Depot rep checked into it she learned that they were using the extra day off for the holiday weekend as an excuse. However this Kayak had been ordered weeks in advance....so we both agreed this was not a valid excuse. I was told the company would e mail me an explanation and that it would be shipped the following day and I would receive it in 3 -5 days. Two days later when no e mail confirmation was received I called the Company myself and was told in an impatiently curt manner, we are running several weeks behind. I suggested that when this occurs a customer should be informed. There was not even an apology given or a hint that they may try to improve their policy regarding this. I asked when they thought my kayak would arrive and they transferred me to shipping where they offered a more reasonable explanation, stating they had recently taken on providing their product for Home Depot and another company and were having a hard time keeping up with demand. I asked if this kayak came with a paddle and when they thought my kayak would be shipped. He did not know the answer to either of these ?s but took my phone number and said he would get back to me. That never happened.....but we did receive our kayak and love it! So if you want a good product and don't mind poor customer service this is a good value....hopefully the customer service will change. By the way it does not come with a paddle.
