Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Installation problems using metal tabs The product works as advertised. The metal strips that are to hold the wire on the floor are pretty useless. Stamped out of metal strap material the tabs are very sharp and could cut the insulation on the wire. Hot melt glue would be a better solution followed by floor leveler rather than thinset. Too much danger of damage when working the thinset. SunTouch says not to use leveler with a framed floor but couldn't give me a reason for that limitation. Also the metal straps raise the wire up too high... all must be covered with thinset. December 10, 2013
