Answer:
If it is 1Amp for every 10sq ft then 4ft*2.5ft=10sq ft which is 1 Amp for this mat. Is that right?

Answer:
No, 120V mats are specifically made to receive 120V. If 240V is applied to a 120V mat, it will damage the mat.

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 26 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by incomplete item too bad they dont tell you that you need a sensor wire, or that its not included in the package. REALLY??? August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sun Tuch Flooring This the way to go if you want heated flooring. Simple instructions. Can hardly wait for summer to end to start using the heated floor. July 12, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Warm floors So far we are in love with our heated floors. A few tips and things I would do differently next time - read through entire directions first. We were frustrated to be ready to install to discover at the very end that we needed a GFI breaker. Also, would recommend splurging on the programmable and more expensive unit that allows you to set the heating unit on a timer. Floors don't heat up enough to notice after a quick morning shower unless you preheat them by 20-30 minutes. May 3, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent warming mat Heats my bathroom floor evenly and to the exact temperature I've set it at. FYI. You have to buy the thermostat in order to get the heating sensor that you must have before laying your tiles. April 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Our bathroom remodel! Home depot designed, provided ALL materials, and were very helpful all the way from start to finish!! April 13, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice product Works well. Just a bit difficult to install. I had issues with getting the tile that overlapped the net and bare floor to set evenly. March 26, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Warm tootsies We replaced the linoleum in our master bath with porcelain tile, the radiant mat was easy to install at the same time. Now our feet and toes are nice and warm when in the bath area. January 5, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can't imagine a tile floor without it I was worried that I would need an electrician to connect the thermostat. But the mat was easy to install and the thermostat had good instruction to follow. The floor is over a garage, but the tile is always comfortable to walk on. December 22, 2015
