My first impression was nice looking iron and it really does do a great job ironing with ease. Of course always a but, it is hard to see the water level when filling and even though I have a small spout pouring cup I always seem to spill it. This iron has a lot of features but I found two of them in awkward places. The steam button is on the top with the spray button under the handle, I think comfortably for me they should be reversed. As I stated first, it does a great job getting the wrinkles out so any of the features that I feel are awkward using I'm sure I will get use to the more I use it.
I received this iron to test and review for free.

This is the second sunbeam turbo iron i have purchased. Both experienced failures of the steam button after only 6-8 months of uses. All of the other functions of the iron work as required

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Acherfan31 This is a great iron!
I have been looking for the past two years to find an iron to replace the Shark I had for 8 years. The model I had been using has been discontinued. Iron after iron I tried and was not happy with the performance of these irons. I just kept settling with what I had until a month ago when I purchased the Sunbeam Turbo Master Professional Iron in Green and Silver Chrome. At last, I have found an iron that meets my expectations! I iron everyday and need a reliable well structured iron. I love the full size and the weight of this iron. It is a little heavier than most irons I have used and I do not mind the weight.
I highly recommend this iron and will continue to purchase this model. Thank you for ending my search for the perfect iron!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Julie Great features!
This iron has all the features I would look for and more. Many pros include how quick it heats up, auto off and the steam features. With the steam trigger I no longer have to use starch to remove wrinkles. It also has a vertical steam feature so you can use it like a steamer instead of an iron. The only things about it that I didn't like was the length of the cord ( a little too long) and the dial to change settings is small and hard to see. However, both of these things are minor and overall I was extremely happy with the iron. Disclaimer, I received this product for testing. I have posted an unbiased review.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by NancyGee Excellent Customer Service!
I ordered this model in early January via Sunbeam's website. The very first time I used it, it leaked all over my ironing board--couldn't believe it. However, I called the customer service phone number on the receipt, got a very nice rep who apologized and said she would immediately send a replacement, along with a return shipping label for the faulty iron. The new iron works great, and I'm very impressed with Sunbeam's response. I will recommend this to all my quilting friends!

Pros: / -Very long cord which swivels / -Nice stainless steel plate / -Lots of steam / -Heats up very quickly / -Ergonomic design / -Large water reservoir / / Cons: / -Cord does not store inside the iron, and since it is so long this makes it difficult to store / -Water reservoir does not fill up very quickly - when I was filling it, the water often spilled out because it was not going into the iron fast enough / -When I lowered the temperature setting, it took unreasonably long to cool down to that new temperature / -Fabric dial is a bit tough to use / / Overall, I would recommend this iron - it is nothing special, but gets the job done. Disclaimer: I received this product as a sample to review.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gioblack It lasts
I bought this iron a year ago. I used this iron five days a week to iron my shirt sand pants for work. My clothes are heavy cotton usually, khaki pants and oxford shirt. I go through irons about every four months . I have had Shark Professionals and Black and Deckers, but none of the other irons have lasted this long.
This one died because the the cord frayed where it comes out of the collar that is supposed to keep it from fraying. It wore out from friction and split causing the power cord to short.
I dropped it once and the tab that switches the steam settings broke off but it still worked like a trooper. I'm pretty upset actually. I have to find another one of these things. It was the best iron!
