So neat looking (white) with beautiful black roof. Friends and neighbors walk or drive by and just rave about it. Will be so wonderful for 'coffee' parties or any other kind of party all summer. Thanks so much; contractor did a superb job assembling it!

The gazebo leaked after the first rainfall. I made the mistake of installing an outdoor rated fan and light, at great expense, and because of the leaking neither of them work anymore. They trip the gfci on the outlet and knock out the outdoor lighting that I paid a fortune to have installed. The gazebo lookes great, but the point of a gazebo is to shelter people when it rains. That's why they put them in large gardens. The company said the warranty is void because I changed the structure by installing electrical. I'm NOT happy with this company and product at all. The platform of pavers cost me 5,500 dollars, and I bought the screen kit, too. Altogether I'm out a lot of money and am very unhappy!!!

I have wanted this for my garden for years. Finally my sons were old enough to build it. I went with the larger gazebo and it was a was a good choice. The extra feet allows more furniture and just a better use of the the little house. It goes up in a day and a half with 2 men. Love it.

It was a lot of work to put together but it looks beautiful. I am very happy. Also
The installer Home Depot recommended "Victor" did a great job installing it with a little help from me.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by truebluenoser DO NOT BUY THIS GAZEBO!!!
UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH ROOF LEAKS!!!
I bought this late fall in 2013. We had it installed but did not use it until spring of 2014. The installation was easy and all panels fit very nicely.
All of the sections of roof panels leak and drip down on the furniture inside the gazebo whenever it rains. I contacted the manufacturer. Below is their response:
"Thank you for the photos.
Please note that a structure that has no walls is considered a place that will get wet inside when it rains. Usually if rain seeps in through the roof panels, it collects at the bottom of the panel and then leaks out. It is not considered a problem for seepage between the roof panels. Unless caulk were added to the seams, it will always leak in a heavy thunderstorm."
So...there you have it. It is OK for the roof to leak because a gazebo is considered a place that will get wet inside. I have attached a few photos.
DO NOT BUY THIS GAZEBO IF YOU EXPECT THE ROOF NOT TO LEAK!!!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Tron Tough to assemble. count all your parts
Once it's up exterior looks good but the challenge is getting it up. It has 540 parts (excluding screws/fasteners) We were short some spindles which delayed us a week but Suncast came through. Interior roof panels have unattractive molded slots (probably for use on other size gazebos) which detracts from an otherwise clever and attractive design.
