We came across several issues. Some were expected after reading other buyers reviews. Here's the list of my concerns/frustrations.
-The nails were terrible. Buy your own elsewhere.
-We had nearly 10 cedar siding boards delivered that were unusable - warped, split/cracked, holes from knots. When Suncast sent replacement boards, you'd think they would pay close attention and send quality boards... Not the case, even the replacements had to be jimmy'd to work.
-The hardware - take a look at the attached pictures. The paint was chipped when we pulled it out of the box, and one piece was completely broken...

Nice that you can see and download manual online before it arrived. We were able to get the foundation ready by the time it came. I had trouble with shipping company not having a forklift truck to remove it from truck. It comes on a crate weighing over 1000 pounds. The Resolution Help Department at Home Depot was able to have it delivered to store and then shipped to home. It was nicely organized main large plastic items in one top box. and each wall in its own box, keeps it organized. Looks nice when done.

I purchased this shed on sale ~800.00 for that price it is a great value. I assembled it alone. I took 3 FULL days. If I had help probably could have banged it out in one and a half days. Like other reviews said, some of the pieces are very warped but luckily wood bends.
The instructions are good but a bit vague in a few places like how much space to leave around the window opening when adding the siding.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by RookieBuilder Good Shed, but a bit of work to put together
Its about 100 diagrams and a lot of instructions. As is normal the 2x4's were a little warped, making squaring it up a bit difficult. i also had to build a base for the shed, cost about $100 to put a wood base together, and the time to construct that as well, The shed is nice and functional, and its easy to customize with shelves that attach to the wood, and i figured out how to put some shelves up high to make use of the attic space as well.
It would be nice if they had a kit to set up inside of the she though.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mick Beautiful Shed. Overall satisfied with it.
Overall the shed was a great buy. Some parts didn't line up or the cedar was warped but I expected that to be the case. Beautiful. Once we rolling it was quite simple. Only problem I really had was after construction the door handle where you lock the doors broke off and we need to re-a line the roof. It was raised in order to level it but the additional 1 x 4's caused a 1 inch gap. Must have been a defective part.
Suncast is sending an replacement part.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dude71 Looks good and well designed with a few issues during consruction.
The shed arrived in a large crate. The driver did not have a forklift so we opened the crate and removed each of the boxes. It took about 18 hrs by myself to construct. The base took a few hours. The instructions tell you to make an 8x8 base. Don't. Make the base the same size as the shed's dimensions. I had to bend some flashing to cover the several inches of the platform's plywood. Like a lot of reviews, I had warped studs. The worst were in the front around the doors. The siding was in real good shape with only a few knots here and there. I thought the fasteners were pretty good with a lot of stainless screws. To make the doors jambs plum, I had to make gussets out of plywood and attach them at the base of the sidewall and door jambs. The doors finally went in straight and plum. The hardware for the doors were in good condition. The metal piece on the door's edge hit the top of the jamb. I cut a quarter inch off and re-painted it. The door then closed perfectly. The first set of roof panels went in perfectly. The second set that came over the top seemed warped. They did not over lap the other roof panels on the other side very well. The heat of the sun has seemed to help. I put door weather stripping in between the panels at the ridge and there are no leaks. The trim seemed to be short and cut at the wrong angles. I bought new cedar, cut, and installed them. The joints are now tight. Over all it was a good product. I have gotten a lot of compliments about the shed. I bought it at 55% off and had to purchase more materials approx. $150.

It is pretty. It took a few days after work to install it. It is really heavy. The whole thing is over 1000 pounds. You'd better have at least two people to get the work done.

true the interior frame wood was warped. a builder friend thought it was due to shipping from a dry warehouse to our wet locale, the oregon coast. but it all went together as instructed by the well diagrammed instructions. the cedar exterior wood is beautiful, well cut for assembly, went on easily and the finished shed is really cute. the resin components are well made, blend nicely to make the picture attractive, and are easily installed. the assembly required a person with competent carpentry knowledge...only used 4 stars as its pricey for its size and interior boards werent best quality, but the end product is well worth the cost and effort if attractiveness matters to you. we got our own screws rather than used the provided screws and suggest you do the same.
