The Everett is exactly what I wanted for my tool shed. Built some shelves and loaded it up.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by JD Good item easy to put togeather
I put this together in about 6 hours with someone helping me in the last 45 minutes, I spent more time laying the foundation then I did putting this together. It’s made strong and sturdy, with very easy instructions.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Rumplestitlskin A nice shed, but too flimsy
This small garden shed had Build Instructions, while at first glance seemed to cover every nut and screw, some important parts were left out. Yes, it was easy enough to rework when we put walls up incorrectly, but as far as I could tell, the instructions did not tell you that the walls had to go up in a specific direction. The parts and material list with all the parts numbered was excellent. Some items were a little cheesy, but were of little consequence.
After the build I was a little surprised it was as flimsy as it was, and if erected out in the open could cause it to flex too much creating problems for the large plastic screws which being too short would loosen. Placing it up against a wall would be a better place for it. We chose this style because we had limited space where it was to be erected.
Considering it appears to be recycled plastic, the price seems quite high at $474.00. I do not like companies who try and recoup development cost up front instead of relying on Economies of Scale to bring in the margins they were expecting. So at that price I would not recommend it.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Simm Good quality, weather resistant shed
First I poured a 6foot by 3 foot (4inch thick) slab of concrete using the fast setting Quickcrete (red bag). You don't even have to mix Quickcrete, just throw the powder in, then dump water on it and walk away (sets solid in 20 minutes). I needed 13 of these bags...
Then I put the base floor of the shed (included) on top of the slab and drilled holes in the four marked/recessed corners of the base floor, and through the concrete slab, using these concrete anchors (including concrete drill bit)...
Then I assembled the shed... very easy assembly. Panels including roof panels overlap with weatherproofing in mind. The doors are sturdy on the hinges and click shut for a weather proof seal. The door handles include loops to put a lock through for security.
I am very happy with this shed, not to mention it looks great too!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by casper91 Nice storage shed
two of us... power tools..... 1.25 hours start to finish. Seriously.... get at least a power drill for this thing.
Works okay - don't forget to put the cross pieces on the roof before you put the roof on. Like others have said - only confusing part of this.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by BeachLiving Good Storage for Beach Paraphenalia
Got this to store a beach roller, chairs, umbrellas, and a host of other beach accessories. It is decent size and the beach roller fits perfectly opened up, no need to fold it down to store it. It is windy where we live and the doors blow closed on us when we are using it, so we've had to find some heavy weights or a board to prop them open to keep them from flying shut on us. It took a while to put together but was fairly easy to follow. One exception is that there are roof braces that were never mentioned in in the instructions until almost the last step and by then the roof is already secured on, so it is impossible to get the roof braces into place. We can see where they need to go, but without taking apart the whole roof there is no way to secure them in the slots. Overall we are pleased with the purchase and it is meeting the need for which we bought it.
