Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sgla Excellent customer service from Suncast
I bought this shed about 4 years ago. A few of the screws holding the hinges in place snapped in half. I called Suncast customer service and was sent replacement hinges and screws free of charge. They arrived by UPS a few days after calling in the request. I had expected to pay for the replacement parts. Suncast really honours its ten year warranty.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lefty Excellent Product, Easy Assembly
I picked this up after ordering online in Redlands, Ca. Customer service was excellent, and tied it off on a sedan and headed home. The assembly directions were clear and concise, and it went together in about 20 minutes. Everything works as described, well made, and an excellent transaction. Thank you !

Shed went together quite easily, don't understand previous posts on difficulty, mine was a snap! Took about 17 minutes after all the parts were laid out. I would've liked the floor to be a little bit more solid, but then again, it's a plastic storage shed. Ample room for what I purchased it for, and the color closely matched my metal shed which it now sits next to. I think everything today is priced to high, that's why the average value rating, but in keeping with todays market, it was a good purchase. Doors and lid work as advertised and all seams line up and is easily secured with a standard padlock.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by jimusik Nice Shed, don't forget about the base
We purchased this shed as an additional space for emergency storage in our back yard. It is possible just to level out the ground beneath the shed and install but it recommends a concrete pad or a wooden framework as a foundation. Plan for this additional cost in advance if you want to build it correctly. Setup took less than an hour and I'm very pleased with the results thus far.
Note if shipping to store the box for this is HUGE. You'll need a pickup or strong roof rack and an extra hand. Thanks to HD for sending out a helper.

This shed was super easy for two people to put together and it only took about an hour. I did not put it on a foundation since it has a built-in floor but the directions recommend it. It is the perfect size for squeezing in that 5 foot area between properties and the perfect height as to not be seen over the fence. Right now I'm storing all my ex-husbands stuff and later I'll put my kid's bicycle's in it which is what most people use it for. The shipping was $100 so that's why I gave it 4 stars for value but really it was the world's largest box so I have no idea how I would have gotten it home solo. The kids also enjoyed making the box into a playhouse.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Matt Nice shed, easy instructions, make sure your foundation is level
I've purchased Suncast products before and have always found them durable and well made. This product is no different. I followed the instructions and found the assembly of the shed went very smooth until I got to the doors. I had difficulty getting the hinges installed on one side. After further research I realized my foundation was a 1/4 off on the side I was having trouble. after putting some shims under the shed and leveling everything the hinges went on as they should. That said, I do think this is one area where the shed make break in the future. I would have liked for the bolts that go into the hinge to be longer to further secure the doors.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ratface Highly recommend
For whatever reason, you need a shed this size. I did, and got one.
I bought this from HD, bc it was cheapest, and bc it was available
at the store. Thanks to the reviewers who helped me to pull the trigger
on this puppy.
Taking it home. The cardboard box was 55"x59"x19", too big for my Odyssey,
so I did what somebody else did... got a HD guy to help me lift the thing
onto a dolly, took it outside, and cut it open and put the pieces into
the mini-van. I had to remove the middle seats prior, and the individual
pieces filled half the van. I doubt you can fit all the pieces into
anything but a full-sized minivan or larger. It was cool that the box
didn't have any styrofoam or other junk, so there wasn't a ton of trash
to throw away.
Assembly was easy. I am an engineer and I know easy instructions when
I see it. There is absolutely no way you can mess it up unless you screw
the screws in too tight, and ruin the threads. This is a one-person job
provided you can lift about, I'd guess, 40 pounds...at no point do you need
a second person to hold something while you screw something in, although
you might if the wind was blowing hard. They did a great job engineering
the assembly. Having done it once, I can now do it a second time with no
instructions and it would take me 20 minutes. They even give you a couple
extra screws just in case you dropped one down the drain.
The base is critical. Do not buy this thing unless you first build the
platform for it. The reason? The plastic material has no structural
support so if it's sitting on a non-flat, shifting surface... goodbye!
I am really impressed with how well the parts lined up perfectly, and
judging from the other reviews, no-one complained about misalignment.
However, I filled the shed up and one of the things I jammed into the back
corner was my table saw which sits on a metal frame, and I put like 80
pounds of cement mix on top of one side of the table saw... and
then pushed as hard as I could the table saw into the corner... guess
what... the shed on that corner was no longer aligned bc I forced/pushed
against it. And... the foot of the table saw (due to the weight of the
cement mix on top) dug into the flooring of the shed, and almost cut through
it. So therein lies the reason why you must have a stable surface for
the shed... the plastic is not designed to hold up against a lot of
pressure. AND, the VERY first time I jammed my lawn mower up the
platform, the mower's frame caught a piece of the floor and ripped
it (see pic if I can attach)!!! YOU NEED TO NOT THINK THIS THING IS
DESIGNED FOR ABUSE... it's not!!
Having said that, I think it can support itself for many years. I
installed two removeable closet bars up, and this is perfect for hanging my weed-wacker.
(see pictures if I can attach them). I used 3/16 toggle bolts to hang
the frame for the cross bars.
don't forget about the other costs you might incur:
shed + tax $xxx
tools for digging (edge cutter, flat spade): $60
tools for spreading cement (hoe or rake): $20
cement mix, steel mesh, and wood for forms: $90-100
cement mixer rental: $53
cement screws, washers, cement drill bit: $15
clothes hanger bars and assembly: $23

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sandy Great product for smaller yards
The storage shed had easy to read instructions. It took two people and about an hour to assemble. It is a good quality product and I like the design. It holds quite a bit but its size isn't overwhelming for smaller yards.
