I already have a 3-drawer cart, but ordered more drawers to make another cart plus add one smaller drawer to my existing 3-drawer cart. Tried adding the smaller drawer to the 3-drawer cart, but realized if I stack it, it blocks the 2nd drawer's latch.

Any modifications would not only void any warranty but would be at your risk and could damage the product.

Answer:
The Suncast Storage Trends stacking drawer model DR188810D, has a flip up or down tab in the upper right corner of the frame that will latch down onto the drawer, securing it inside the frame. There is no lock loop, however, for a padlock, only this latching method. Thank you for your question, Motrader, and your interest in Suncast products.
