Absolutely. I could put Black&Decker Corded lawn mower in this easily, even without folding the handles. I think the same goes to the bigger model like honda gas powered ones as well

yes. I store two 26" bikes. Had them both in intact, but then for more space, I took the front wheel off of one, and the other bike was a folding bike. It works either way.

Grass, plywood, cement, just about anything as long as it's firm and reasonably level. If you plan on putting this on the ground with something heavy inside, I'd use a plywood base.

The floor is of a honey-comb design, so it should be a hard, flat surface. I you put heavy things in it, I would suggest putting plywood down for strength.

Instructions call for either concrete or wood base. I used 12"x12" patio blocks, but I did not secure it to them. You don't have to, but if you have it in a windy area - or if you're prone to high wind storms - you should secure the unit to a solid foundation. And be sure to level whatever surface you put it on.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by More than what we bargained for Plan on some kind of base for the shed to sit on, either a cement slab, or we ended up building a wooden base made from treated 2X4's. Challenge: When assembling, the holes for the screws didn't always match up. We ended up having to drill holes to match up with some of the holes. With the base, the shed stands just about the same height as our 5 ft fence, so perfectly hidden from the front of the house. We easily fit a lawn mower and a broadcast spreader. We were also able to fit a wheelbarrow and a few miscellaneous things, but we will have to move things out to get the lawn mower out. It was a perfect size for our needs. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very Happy with Purchase It was relatively easy to put together if you have the right tools and a 2nd pair of hands. Double check the instructions before you do anything as I did have to undo a couple things and redo because I put screws in before they were supposed to be. In the end, I made one mistake, but it didn’t seem like it was worth taking two giant steps backwards to fix. It’s serving the purpose I intended, which is to store my sons outdoor toys. May 19, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product Item as described, easy to assemble, seems durable but have only had it for 2 months. August 3, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by resin storage shed You need a good foundation for this shed. I used blocks then framed in 2x4s with a 3/4 sheet of plywood, applied a water seal and a termite block (bora care). Use a power drill for the screws and be careful not to over screw them or they will strip out the plastic. Spray a bug repellant inside and let it dry. Have fun, JR August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Looks great! This was just what we needed to house our oversized rolling trash barrel and recycling bins! It looks great tucked in with my gardens and was pretty easy to assemble. August 16, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Real nice Easy to put together fits 2 full size mountain bikes...thats why I picked this unit August 9, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great storage shed for Recycling and Garbage cans. The Shed construction is very good and it was easy to assemble. However the locking mechanism is flimsy and is useless, I need to install a better one. All in all it served the purpose of hiding the unsightly bins. August 2, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Storage Unit Works Well! Some of the instructions take a second look. The weakest part of the design seems to be the hinges on the front door. The welded nut, found on each hinge assembly, seemed slightly misaligned with the screw. Using a regular screw driver I was unable to get the assembly tight enough to properly secure the door hinge to the side wall piece. Using my impact driver and some care I was able to tighten the assembly enough to were the whole unit functions as designed. Overall the shed is nice and meets my needs. June 29, 2016
