I purchased one and brought it home only to find that on of the tabs that push in to hold it together was smashed and wouldn't attach so I had to lug it back to the store. So I took it back and got another one that was in great shape. I got it home and it will definitely take two people to put together. It took us about 1.5 hours to get it all together. It was a pain to put together just forewarning you.
After all was said and done we put it outside and put the following inside with tons of room still left:
(3) charcoal bags
(1) 20 lb bag of wood chunks
(2) bar stool covers
A wok and skillet attachment for a 22.5" weber grill
all the bbq tools
We had a monsoon of a rainstorm come down on the night we put it outside and the next morning after most places were flooded I checked the inside contents and they were dry.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bmello Make sure its really big enough for you!
I researched this online for two days, trying to decide between this and the Ketter resin deck box which is 150 gallon vs this suncast which is 134 gallon. Decided to go check it out at the local home depot vs ordering it online and finding it doesn't work. They did not have one assembled so I took a chance and just purchased it. I made the mistake of not looking closer at the box before purchasing which lists two sets of dimensions.
Make sure you are aware that -
Assembled Size is 55w x 28.5d x 27h
Interior Size: 51w x 24.5w x 24.25h

Another reviewer misconstrues the size of this deck box relative to the Keter Rockwood "150 Gallon" deck box. Here are some facts, straight from each respective manufacturer. URLs are not allowed here (ironically, on a site that uses all sorts of trackers and Flash, one of the biggest security issues there is), but they are easy to find online:
Keter Rockwood Deck Box, 150-Gallon
Internal dimensions: 56" x 24.6" x 22.8"
56" x 24.6" x 22.8" = 31,409 cubic inches = 136 gallons
This is obviously a far cry from Keter's claim of "150 gallons". I've also cross-referenced their internal measurements in metric, which are 142.4 cm x 62.6 cm x 57.9 cm, and that comes out to 516,134 cc, which is also 136 gallons. So, these measurements are highly unlikely to be a typo.
Suncast BMDB134004 Deck Box, 134-Gallon
Internal dimensions: 51" x 24.5" x 24.75"
51" x 24.5" x 24.75" = 30,925 cubic inches = 134 gallons
The Suncast is smaller, but not by much. And at least Suncast is honest about it. To me, that counts.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Rusty Big enough for all my cushions
We wanted a deck box that would be big enough for all of our cushions and this is the one. I have two chairs and a love set with a total of 8 cushions and they all fit in this great looking deck box. It is well made and matches our patio furniture. Love the shocks that hold open the lid. This was a snap to put together. I almost did it alone but the lid was a little tricking so my daughter jumped in to rescue me.

I bought this deck box because the back cushions of my fire pit set were always blowing on the ground. That was not a big deal until I came home and found my Dachshund entertaining himself by pulling the stuffing out of one of them. If it's on the ground it's free game for him.
Assembly is fairly easy and straight forward. The only issue I had was with the base of the box. All the pieces have circles on one side. That side faces the inside of the box. The bottom however is the opposite. The side with the circles faces the ground/outside.
I was going to get a smaller size but I'm glad I got this one. In addition to chair cushions, I put the bagged fire wood for the fire pit, critter repellant, and other items in it. We have a covered back porch but I felt that this box was a little big so I placed it against the back of the house. This deck box looks very nice despite its large size. There have been two strong rain storms and no water has gotten into it. I also spray it down whenever I'm watering and no water ever gets in.
This deck box was a little more than I wanted to pay but I highly recommend it and hope it last a long time.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 2000HD Great storage! Holds everything I bought it for and more
Bought this box to hold fabric shield hurricane window covers. It holds even the longest one rolled up at 53 inches. Still have plenty of room for cushions.
Easy assembly by myself. Had to turn it up on the backside to attach the lid to the hinges. I must have the new design because there are no hinge pins to install, only metal hinge arms with lift pistons. Looks like there is a place for a hinge in the center of the lid but no mention of hinge pins in the instructions or parts list.
Had a couple of gaps at the bottom when I first finished but a slight tap with the rubber mallet (per instructions) and it "snapped" together.
I put paper in the bottom as a test and it is dry after 3 days of rain!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dich Worth the price
The reason I'm giving this product four instead of five stars is because I had some issues with the assembly. Don't get me wrong, assembling the unit is very simple and even more so with another person (that's what the instructions recommend anyway). The issue I had with assembly was more with how the parts fit together. in some cases I had to re assemble sections over and over again because the were not a tight fit or didn't snap into place as they should. It wasn't until the unit is completely put together that I had to go back through all the sections before they would snap into place.
Other than that it is a fine product and one of the largest storage bins available. They look great in the yard and hold a lot.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by WagonWheels Good quality deck storage. Good price.
This 134 gal deck box provides plenty of storage on our deck. I was able to assemble it myself rather easily, but it would have been even easier with a second set of hands. We have had this deck box for a few weeks now, have had some very hard rain storms, and so far it has kept the contents dry. My wife especially likes the hydraulic hinges to keep the top open, allowing her to use both hands to put items in the box. We are pleased overall. (Reminder: as with all hard plastic products, remember not to overtighten the screws because once the plastic is stripped, it won't hold. We didn't have this problem, but it is a good reminder.)
