600-Watt Wind Turbine-DISCONTINUED is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 5.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Here is what this turbine will do for you in watts 12 mph = 56 watts 13.4 mph=100 watts 17.8 mph = 200 watts 20 mph = 300 22.3 mph = 350 24.3 mph = 400 26.3mph= 500 31 mph = 600 watts I have one in Maui on my I know what I am talking about. It has a nice mppt controler. This is a great turbine for low wind area also...a lot of turbine out there do not provide anything in low wind. If you live in high wind area 20 mph then buy from missouri wind and solar.I am buying a second 600 sunforce ..I like it that is a bit noisy but it feels good noise! It looks like this turbine perform a bit better than a windmax 400...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice product easy to install I didn't have much info to go on when ordering. I expected it to put out DC and was pleasantly surprised when it was AC, easy to put together and works well. Just collecting data on output now but am hopeful it will pay for itself in just a few years (total project) I may buy another one... I wish more info was available before purchase

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy 2 install just be sure to get 20 above interference and this bad boy is turning for me strong about 60 percent of the time at a location that is 3 miles from the beach. if you have enough wind 2 sway the tree tops that is enough. solid for balancing a solar system.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome! Does just what it says it will. I'm now generating free electricity! Easy set up, works right out of box. Needs very little wind to operate. Can't say enough good about it. Would definitely buy again, and am already recommending friends do the same.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Expensive Whirly-gig I have tried everything and the system will not even charge a single 12 volt battery. We are located on the top of a mountain in Colorado and have a fair amount of wind and no matter what I do I can't get it to charge one 12 volt battery. What do we need to have, hurricane force winds, to get this to work? You tell me how to make it work and I'll put it in place. Otherwise, for the price of this item, I could have bought 160 watts of solar panels that I know would have worked.
