I love this light, I had no light in my backyard. So I put it so I can see my garage door when Im trying to unlock it at night and it works amazing.

Followed the directions. Installed easily. Works as advertised. Installed the light under a large patio umbrella, with the solar panel above the umbrella. At night I can turn the switch to ON to have continuous illumination under the umbrella. On breezy nights, if the umbrella sways, the motion detector turns the light on. So I keep the switch OFF until my next patio picnic.

I attempted to buy this item at Walmart for $5 less, but their supplier was out of stock. I have a deep overhang leading to our front door and didn't want to leave the porch light on all the time. This light only took about 15 minutes to install and works well. I have the sensitivity set so that when I pull into the driveway 20' away (or someone walks up) the light comes on. With 60 LEDs it's quite bright and makes getting the door unlocked as easy as in daylight. The light itself has a metal housing; weak spot may be the plastic holding the solar panel, which of necessity will get a lot of UV. I may replace my backyard floodlights with another one.

This is a very sturdy product I installed just yesterday. If the manufacturer, SunForce, reads these reviews, I have two suggestions to make this good light better: 1) make the mounting bracket wider so it can be rotated up to an overhead mounting surface, and 2) add a battery charge level indicator, which would, over time, aid in optimizing placement of the solar panel.
