Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wolfman No support from Home Depot or Sunjoy
We love our Gazebo! I blast of wind came thru and ripped the 2 corners completely off which was understandable due to the fact that it was 50 to 60 MPH. I called Home depot and they had no way of getting a replacement and I should contact Sunjoy. After working on getting through to them they also had no replacement canopies. But they would contact engineering dept. to work on it? They got back to me in a email and said they would have one in Sept.? Where I live that means summer is about over. My issue is lack of concern, lack of support for parts. I think Home Depot could step up and put some pressure on the manufacture to expedite parts needed. I did save money by taking it to a canvas repair shop and they did a fantastic job so in the long run it was cheaper and better than a new one.

I have had this unit since January 2014. At first I was very pleased. However after only1 and 3/4 years the canopy started to tear from exposure. I live in southern California near the cost so weather here is good. After contacting Home Depot to get replacement I was given a contact number for Sunjoy. I made initial contact 4 weeks ago and placed an order for a new cover at which time they charged my credit card. I have heard nothing back from them since and every attempt to contact them has been met with recordings. I have left several messages and have yet to hear from them. I am now in the process of contacting my credit card company to address.

Put this together, with some help from the wife, in about 3 hrs. Went together pretty good. Only had to redo one part... had the corner roof supports upside down. You need a 8 foot ladder to get the top on. Need to refer to the pictures a lot to know how the curtain rails go, to the inside. Make sure that you lay out the big top canvas to make sure you have the part that hooks over the roof support rails on the downside. The ties are for the little mesh screen on the very top. Enjoy!

This product is as advertised and lovely, only bad thing, lousy directions for installing both sets of curtains, but we managed after a few false starts. Hint, netting on inside, heavy curtains outside:-)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Melanie This gazebo is a great addition to my patio!
I love this product! It took 2 of us about 3-4 hours to set up. It would have been better with one more person when putting top on, but we managed. We weather treated the top before using. We also bolted it to the deck. We have had the product for about a month now and we love it! We have had some windy days and a few days of heavy rain, and it is holding up just fine so far. We haven't had to use it yet, but I like the netting and curtains too.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by manderso A decent gazebo for the money
The assembly was easy enough except for the one mis-drilled part that I was able to make work. Took two of us a couple of hours to assemble (until we had to recruit a few helpers for the top lift. Seems to have held up to the recent storms well enough. I will need to take this down for the winter but till then I am happy with the shade that I get. The privacy shades are nice but they cut off all air flow through the unit so we only put up one side at a time. I would change the assembly instructions a little bit. We put the top assembly together first then put the legs up and just set the top on to the legs. That allowed us to put the cover on before it was too tall to work with.

Put this gazebo up myself. It can be done. It's been up for one month and has withstood 30 to 40 mph winds. Our deck is in the sun most of the day. With the sunjoy gazebo, we can enjoy our deck all day long. I waterproofed the top before installing it so that we can sit out in the rain. Also installed rope lights around the inside perimeter with a dimmer switch. It's a great addition to our deck, and well worth the money.

Well constructed and thought when it was engineered. 90% of the splice's or connections are bolted. The main beam that surrounds the posts acts as the support for the roof is spliced which is a weak point but on this model they made use of other brackets which span across those splices and makes them rigid. Easy to put together. very happy with the product. I was going to buy one from Lowe's but that was all push button joints and loose. Lucky I found this one! The only thing the manufacture should change is dump the pan head screws for assembly, you can get in to all the screw heads with a regular screw driver and can't develope the correct torque for tightening. I recommend to all to do like I did and change the bolts out to cap screws so a wrench can be used. It was a lot easier for assembly.
