Customer Reviews

25 in. x 22 in. Polypropylene Laundry Tub is rated 4.3 out of 5 by 58.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to install Laundry tub was extremely easy to install and once prep work completed for location, was able to install the tub in about 20 minutes. Molded drain and pre-installing the faucet prior, as the directions indicated, made the job go smoothly. Would definitely recommend as a lowcost alternative during a remodel which is why I purchased it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not too bad. I wish it had a small backsplash lip. Bars of soap just slide right off and on to the ground behind the sink. A small lip would stop this. Most other sinks have it. The online system said it was sold only in stores, but my local store doesn't "carry this item."

Rated 2 out of 5 by from NOT UP TO PAR i COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW "FLIMSY" THIS WAS. TUB WAS VERY THIN. IT ALSO HAS 2 HOLES FOR THE FAUCET AND NOT 3 AS ADVERTISED. WENT TO MY LOCAL STORE, RETURNED IT, AND FOR $49.00 BOUGHT THE "HEAVY DUTY" MODEL. FOR A COUPLE OF DOLLARS MORE, YOU REALLY GET SOMETHING HEAVY AND MUCH MORE WORTH ITS VALUE THAN THIS. THERE IS NO COMPARISON. I RECOMMEND GETTING IT AT THE STORE.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from inexpensive utility sink I bought this sink to replace a similar one that was at least 40 years old and had developed a crack. The new sink was obviously of lighter construction than the old one, and slightly deeper, but the same depth and width, so it fit the space nicely. Because of the greater depth, I had to reduce the height of the copper pipes supplying water to the sink, which meant sweating on new adapters for new flexible supply lines. Once I completed that and crawled out from under the sink, everything worked well. As others have observed, because the bottom of this sink is totally flat, a small amount of water does puddle there after the sink is drained. I partially solved this by cutting a bit off the back metal legs, but I still need to use a sponge or squeegee to remove the remaining water.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent sink for the money. Exactly as adverstised. Very good and sturdy. Only slight problem, as far as I am concerned, is the bottom is not tapered to the drain hole enough so that the water completey drains out.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Looks nice, Hard to Install, Bad Drain Sink looked great, no sharp edges like previous sink - a godsend, people have been cut so bad on previous sink they needed stitches! Anyway, there are two big problems: 1) The sink wouldn't drain! The drain is not in the center like my previous sink - so water has to make it to the back, and with a flat bottom it just pools everywhere. 2) When trying to tilt it back, the sink kept wanting to stay level, even when adjusting the feet. Eventually I removed the back legs and put a 2x4 on the wall and had to forcibly bolt the rear of the sink down. I bought this because of free shipping, and like the quality of the construction - but it's lacking in engineering. Pass on this one.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The installation was fairly straight forward but the sink was flimsy. Shipping was fine & the unit was received faster than I thought. There is no way the sink can be installed in a sturdy manner without mounting the legs to the floor. The legs should also be secured to the tub with screws for a more reasonably solid mounting. Additional hardware to improve the stability of the sink should be provided with instructions.
