Customer Reviews

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Good for a remodel flip I live in New England and was looking to fix up our 2nd floor outdated bathroom. The Swanstone tub arrived in the box not damaged. The wall surround arrived the next day damaged in a two of the corners. Installation was simple for the tub and wall surrounds. After the first fill of the tub a set of spider cracks appeared in the two corners closest to the drain. Swanstone sent a representative to fix it and it was handeled quickly and looks good so far. The wall surround claims that no caulking is needed but since the bath is on an outside wall the draft is very evident. All in all I would say it is average. If you are looking for a long term tub and shower, spend the couple extra hunrdred. December 31, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super easy to install; excellent quality Very satisfied with this product. Installed it on the matching Swanstone 3060 Bathtub (which was also very easy to install) by myself in about one hour. Took my time reading the instructions and ensuring everything was prepped according to the instructions. Be careful that the faceplate(s) of your faucet controls fit within the recommended placement area in the side walls, otherwise you'll be cutting into the curved are below the shelf! Once the back was in place and properly seated, the sides were easily slipped in and locked into place. Cleanup took a little longer than should have been required - a couple pieces of the styrofoam pads from the back of the panels somehow moved and got stuck on the front. Had to use a little toluene and a rag to remove all of the adhesive. September 6, 2011
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Best with Swanstone tub On an application with a standard tub, the back is held tight by the sides, the side with the plumbing is held tight by the escutchon and tub spout but the other side has too much flex at the tub junction since the tabs were cut off. February 18, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by This product is inferior Product chips and cracks to easily for no reason. after I finished tiling around the tub surround I noticed cracks that were not there when I started. Even though you can return it for a refund, it's too much work and expense once it is installed. June 25, 2013
