Answer:
This wall will fit over any tub fitting the same width/length dimensions. Follow the directions to fit over an existing tub. We cut the tabs on the base and calked it. You have to cut the hole for the shower knobs. We used one single hole for one rotating knob for shower and a hole for the tub water spout. The shower head is above the wall.

30 in. x 60 in. x 59.5 in. 3-piece Direct-to-Stud Tub Wall in White is rated 3.8 out of 5 by 43.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect wall to go with an old tub This wall installs easily over an existing tub. We mounted to the studs. It looks wonderful and is very easy to clean. The only issue we had was with shipping which was late and the wall wasn't packaged into the box very well. This is our second stud to wall enclosure. We also installed a shower wall with base. Both are just beautiful and seamlessly perfect! Much better then tile. I save the tile for external tub bathroom use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A very satisfied customer... This item is a special order product. It cannot be purchased at the store. So I orderd this item online and hoped that when it arrived, it would be exactly as pictured on the webpage. It was delivered sooner than I'd expected and when I inspected it, I was happy to see that it was even better than I had hoped it would be. I was only plannng to replace the bath walls since the tub was in good shape. However, I was so happy with this product that I went online and order the matching tub. It was delivered in less than 5 days and it's nice. I am very satisfied with this Home Depot online purchase and it was so easy to order these items online. Thanks Home Depot!!! TONY

For the most part, this is a good product that was fairly easy to assemble—unless you already have drywall in the shower/tub area. In this event, the drywall needs to be removed as this unit is measured stud-to-stud—not wall-to-wall. I feel that the 2 side pieces and the back piece could have fit together a bit more uniformly. Caulking afterwards did tend to correct the problem. Because of the 2 sets of shelves on each of the side panels, be sure that your behind the wall plumbing piping and fixtures are of the proper height for the right side panel; otherwise, they will bump into the shelving. It was necessary for the plumber to un-weld everything, cut the piping, and re-weld everything so the faucet mechanism fell within the lower right shelf. I actually like the way this turned out, even though it was a pain. The material seems very solid and durable and easy to clean.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Product I researched many different types of tubs & wall surrounds and decided on this one. I was very happy with the quality. It was very sturdy and packed securely to avoid shipping damage. Once the wall studs were prepared, the install was a breeze. Everything lined up and went together perfectly. I've been using it for about a month now, and I'm very happy with the product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from So far so good. Not perfect, but would buy again. Installed without any problems, and looks good. I like that the material is not a veneer, but is a solid material from face to back. The real question yet to be determined is how it will hold up over time. This surround is replacing 39 year old ceramic tile in rental property. If it lasts that long and stays looking good too, I'll be very satisfied. It's a nice feature that caulking the seams is not required. One minor complaint to the manufacturer, I would suggest making the shelves that are molded into the design a bit deeper, at least in one or two places. As it is the shelves will fit most shampoo bottles, but not all. The shelves appear to be a bit shallow to hold the largest size bars of soap for sale these days.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great surround after 1 year + I've had this surround for 1 year and 1 month. The product is excellent. I installed it with no problems. I used another tub, so had to cut the tabs off the bottom of the surround which is designed to go with the same brand tub. The tub has to have a lip around the top edge. The back goes in first and is nailed at the top edge. The sides are installed and need to be pressed against the back after they are hooked into the back. While pressing the side against the back for a snug fit you install the a screw or 2 along the edge to hold it there. Then add the screws as needed along the edges. Since installed the surround has held up and no leaks. I did not use any calk since that is the point of this surround. If installed properly it needs no calking. As the directions point out you need plumb walls and a level tub. If your walls are off more than 1/8th inch top to floor this surround (others too) will not fit properly and might leak or hang loose. Overall it is a solid material. Shipping was a problem with some as it was with me. The Depot took care of the replacement panel quickly and it was shipped to my house by a different carrier. Too bad I could not tell the Depot to use them in the future and drop the other shipping company.
