Kinda disappointed. Hardware was missing. No rope for the rock wall. Swings and bar are way too close together. We did get 5 "extra" boards. At least according to the directions they were not needed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gavin Good product, takes a while to setup.
We bought this playset for my son's birthday and had it shipped to our home in which it was free shipping. It took a while to set up as there are a lot of screws that hold this baby together but we are happy with the results. My son loves it though so it make the work you put in it worth it!

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by carons02 Middle of the road from what I expected
The kit came nicely packaged and the instructions were easy to follow. As I was about 1/2 way through construction and putting down a walking surface, I noticed that one of the boards was split a third of its length. I called the website and requested a replacement board. Still waiting to get that. When I got into installing some of the boards that had pre-drilled holes close to an edge, many of the started splitting as I was putting the screws in. Felt like the product was cutting corners to use the least amount of wood as possible and still being able to assembly the parts together. Also had multiple boards with their pre-drilled holes right in the middle of knots, which also split the wood. I don't think I would buy this brand again. Only requested the walking board be replaced as it would take forever to get all the replacement boards if all the other ones were replaced.

Great playground however the wood is so soft. I have a 19 month old and she sat on the side of the set and the wood is already chipped. The wood is not good quality!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Lizz Sturdy and nice looking swing set
I have been looking for a swing set for my two boys for a few weeks. The boys wanted monkey bars which are somewhat hard to find. The swing set was delivered very quickly. I hired two men to put it together and it took about a day and a half. The boys absolutely love it! It is sturdy, nice looking, and they love the monkey bars. I was a little concerned about missing parts when I read the other reviews, but we had all of the parts! I would definitely recommend!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by John very disappointed
Unfortunately, the wood that was provided for this swing set is extremely low quality. When I pulled them out of the box, many boards were already warped and several split during construction. Also, they do not seem to be strong enough to support the load of children swinging and climbing. It has been together for one week and it squeaks and groans whenever my 30lb daughter swings on it. I would tighten the bolts but they just tear right through the wood. The finish is coming off in at least 5 places, and the over all design of the monkey bars makes them very shaky. Also, the swings must be mounted so close together that any side to side motion whatsoever causes collisions. $1000.00 is a huge sum of money for my family so we were quite disappointed by the overall quality of this play set. I do not see it lasting through more than one or two winters. My brother-in-law bought his swing set from Costco, paid far less, and it is of much higher quality.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by sfpie123 Fantastic Play Set!
We bought this set after researching a lot of different ones. We wanted one similar to our previous one, specifically with monkey bars 3 swing options, a slide, and a loft area. We decided on this one with a little hesitation because of reviews regarding split wood and incomplete sets. When it came we were very satisfied. All pieces were accounted for and the material was very sturdy. I would recommend laying all the pieces out in order so you know what you have when you need it. Assembly took a couple days because of rain, but could be done in one day with someone who's good with power tools. In order to avoid splitting the wood, I countersunk all of the screws. It took a bit more time, but it was worth it because I only had one piece split, and it wasn't bad. The only instructions in the manual that were not correct were the green tarp piece. You need to evenly spread it between the two sides because if you pull one side down where it instructs, it doesn't leave you enough tarp for the other side. All in all though, fantastic purchase, very sturdy, and the kids love it (7 and 4).
