Great slide at a good price (got it for $450ish on sale). Took me about 5 hrs or so to put together by myself. (I'd consider myself moderately skilled....I'd recommend help from a friend if your not as handy.) Hand tightening all the nuts and bolts, hurts! Watching my kids use it every day and loving it was well worth the few hours of discomfort. It was a great addition to our Woodridge playset that we got from Sam's Club. I am 170 lbs, 5'6" and went down it a few times without any problems. However I dont plan to do it anymore since I dont want to put any unwanted stress on it. I just tried it to test its quality/durability.
It's probably the biggest highlight of the whole playset...next to the swings of course. I'd defidently get it again.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by JJMR52403 Easy install, durbale, kids love it.
My wife assembled the slide sections while I was building the swingset. We worked together to install the slide. Was quite easy. The kids love the slide and I expect the whole swingset to last a long time.

This is a great product! The delivery to the house was wonderful! The only difficulty was the lining up of the slide! If the manufacturer would just put arrows on the product where the pieces should line up it would make assembly much faster.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mandingo Wonderful toy; hard to assemble.
After reading previous folks' reviews, I was prepared to find pieces impossible to fit together and hard to figure out. The conceptual part was a piece of cake, and most holes did not line up unless forced. Nevertheless, I only had to drill one new hole, and was able to jimmy everything else into pretty close alignment. It took me (one person, alone) a few hours during each of three days to put it together and mount it on a custom-made platform. Because I was by myself, I used ropes to maneuver the top section in place for bolting before finishing the bottom pieces. The slide is rated for 250 lbs and it appears to me that is correct--I'm a little lighter than that and I went down it several times before I let the kids use it. :-) However, even when a fifty pound child slides down, there's some wobble, so I believe I will set a 4x4 post in concrete and bolt it to the outside of the slide about halfway up. All told, I am very pleased with the Turbo Tube. I do think it's a little overpriced, though.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cmlands Awesome slide
So we were nervous, all the feedback said this slide was terrible to put together but we didn't have any trouble! We rotated the slide instead of us moving around in order to line up the bolt holes. Maybe it helped that my husbands wife is awesome, lol. But seriously, it was fine. The directions weren't really obvious about the frame for the platform so my husband built it four inches wide but a 2 inch would have worked. And make sure you mount the bottom up some.... It's a really quick slide and shot all 200lbs of me flying out on my butt, lol

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by disfreak80 Hard to assemble
This slide has made my kids happy as can be. I also got it for a great price (on sale). But my BIGGEST complaint was that the instruction were horrible. If I didn't have a brother who is an engineer to help me I would have spent many more hours assembling it. I must have gotten a lemon, because no holes align perfect so I am glad that I had an extra 2 people to put the holes in alignment.

Make sure you read as many reviews as possible to pick up on all the assembly "Tricks" .
It shortens your learning curve........If it has been suggested before I will emphasize KEEP THE Plastic Panels you are putting together WARM (70-80 degrees) Much easier to manipulate than when it is COLD....needle nose pliers, wrench(s), socket wrench, a few longer bolts (Use as temporary securing when attaching circular sections), Patience (DO NOT expect to do it in 10 minutes!) and extra hands.....remember that the instructions have been written to attach this unit to an existing play set (Read Their Play Set) So if adding to your own construction (Like an existing deck) You' ll have to do your own engineering! Value rating that I gave is based on the SALE price on Amazon which Home depot matched at $419.00 Hope this helps
