Answer:
Three little anchors that were useless for me. They come right out of the ground when the kids spin. The company suggests digging three holes and filling them with cement to hold down the see saw, so that lets you know how well the included anchors are expected to perform.
I do not want three cement blocks in the ground so I have to figure a better way to try to keep this see saw stable.

Answer:
Yes it does come with anchors. BUT the anchors are not very sturdy and not long enough to stay into the ground. . I did not use these and so far it has not been any issues with tipping.

Answer:
There are 2 metal hooks like a tent that can be used to secure it. We didn't use them because it hasn't tipped over or been an issue.

Yes, but they are small and not very reliable. When my kids really get spinning, they pull the anchors out of the ground.

Answer:
Hello Shane,
It's hard to know without knowing exactly what type of anchors you intend to use. If you have a specific type of anchor in mind I recommend contacting Swing-n-Slide, to find out whether they will work or not. You can contact them at either www.swing-n-slide.com or at 1-800-888-1232. I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Chris

Rated 4.4 out of 5 by 25 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great item at a great price... Easy to put together, fun to use. Priceless. Kids loved it!!! May 6, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FUN, FUN, FUN! We bought this for my daughters 5th birthday and all of the kids love it! They are 5, 8 and 10. Well made and loads of fun. April 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Small and unstable The part of anchoring in cement did not come til the very end of the instructions. And I can see why they want you to do that, as it is very unstable. The small little anchors don't hold and are basically useless. I now have to figure a way to anchor this down without putting three cement blocks in the ground. Also, the whole see saw is small in length and and feels kind of cheap. Watch as you put the metal shoulder bolts through the plastic seat because they might strip out the plastic and then just spin and not tighten down. I should have not wasted my money on this. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by grandkids love it! We have an old swing set and a climbing dome in the backyard for grandkids but I wanted to add something new. This spinner was on sale with free shipping so I ordered. Arrived quickly but when my husband went to build it, it was missing the 3 identical joining pipes. Called HD on a Saturday & the missing pieces were here by Thursday! We also anchored it to a 4 x 4 piece of plywood(as per another reviewer's suggestion) instead of into concrete. Weight limit is 80-85 lbs each seat so they will only get a couple years out of it but that's ok. Probably made for younger kids but ours are 9 and 7 and they have fun on it! May 12, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great backyard fun My two kids love this see-saw. I purchased it on a whim after seeing the good reviews and it was on sale. It is quickly become my kids first choice in backyard play. I have a six-year old girl and three-year old boy and they can maneuver it well together even with their size differences. They have lots of fun and it stays put for us with the enclosed anchors, but I can see with larger more rambunctious kids it could move around more. Overall very happy with this purchase. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Had one similar when I was a child When I was 3, my Dad was stationed in Japan, and ordered a similar toy for Christmas. It had 4 seats and we rode that thing until it fell apart. I wish I could have found one like this when my grandson was little. It was the best toy in the world. July 22, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best present at the party! I got this for my grandsons 5th birthday... It was priced about $50 cheaper than everywhere else! I found this about a week before the party and was given an estimated delivery date of a week after the party... Well his party was on a Saturday and I received this on Thursday almost a week early! I showed several people this item that ordered it as well for their kids or grandkids! We all love them! May 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tons of fun for little ones! Easy to assemble, the kids love it! I would highly recommend this! April 30, 2015
