Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 3 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by excellent features and quality this mower arrived in very good shape. had to find a battery that would start it as it doesn't have alternate pull cord. mower works and functions as designed does lawn and fields as a finish mower would. like the offset design as it is easier to watch and operate. once filled with gas and oil started first try and no problems as of yet. thx swisher for a quality item. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by HAD TO MAKE REPAIRS AS SOON AS I RECEIVED IT. I ordered the T12544 through Marrero Home Depot. the manager was very helpful with making me make the order. They aggreed to let the item be shipped to the store because I was not going to be home and my wife couldn't handle the package alone. That's where the fun started. My mower was suppost to arrive on a Monday morning, I received it 3 day's later because R&L Carriers had a diffferent shipping address on my crate. 3 days later after fighting with R&L Carriers, I finally received my mower. R&L Carriers will never ship for me again. I finally get my mower to my house, open the crate and install a brand new batterie. The motor would not spin over. I called Swisher and asked them what's wrong. I spent 2 hours removing covers, addjusting brackets and safety switches to finally get the mower to spin over. Swisher was puzzled over the phone but I had to use my own red neck rigging experience to make the mower start. The black leaver that hit's the saftey switch wasn't pushing in a button far enough. I had to modify the spring to make the button fully ingage so it would start. Swisher said on the phone that I shouldn't have to rig a brand new mower, I told them I shouldn't be working on a new mower eighter. Any ways, I filed a complant with Swisher and Home Depot, they were kind enough to credit me 10% for shipping problems and spending 2 hours woking on the brand new mower. Oh and I had to make carburator addjustments when it finally started. It ran like trash and it was starving for air. June 19, 2012
