Customer Reviews

Rated 1.5 out of 5 by 2 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible product - do not buy! These light bulbs simply disintegrate in the socket and come apart. Then you have to remove the metal part of the bulb from the socket with pliers. Every Sylvania bulb I purchased, total of 4, ended this way. I contacted manufacturer and got a robotic response - nothing else. May 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Works OK, but ... I purchased these globe light bulbs for my 6-bulb bathroom fixture to replace one burned-out light bulb (and five soon likely to burn out) - all 40W. However, as it turned out, these bulbs are rated 40W at 130V; so on my 120V circuit they de-rate to 35W with a commensurately reduced light output. Note: I found another use for them and subsequently purchased the needed 40W/120V globe bulbs from another source. January 21, 2014
