This faucet was installed in a janitor closet as part of a commercial remodeling project. It took about 2 months and faucet began to drip continuously. We had everything tightened up and it seemed to solve the problem for a couple weeks. It has been 8 months now and I have figured out what is happening. This faucet continues to drip for at least 20 seconds after you turn it off. In our case the cleaning lady tries to close the valve a bit harder to stop the drip. The design stinks because closing the valve harder mashes the "O" ring inside and it falls apart allowing water to continue flowing. We have since removed the damaged O ring completely for a metal to metal seal when valve is closed which reduced the constant leak significantly. I suggest that if you are not handy and will need a plumber to repair this each time do not purchase this model. I'm ready to replace entire faucet over a couple washers due to a poor design.

This product was installed at my place of business in June 2011 atop a brand new mop sink. The unit seemed to have worked well for awhile, but eventually parts and components started to fail. I just ordered(this week) two new seat washers(levers are overturning) and a repair kit for the backflow assembly. I attempted to exchange out the seat washers myself but without much luck. I called T&S and was told how to further remove the eternal cartridge to get to the seat washer. I still couldn't do it. T&S claims the eterna cartridge just pulls straight out of the sink assembly, but when you look at a parts explosion picture of the unit, the eternal cartridge has threads. Now I have to call a handyman to help me get through this. My business owns a number of T&S Brass products. I really thought T&S Brass makes a quality product, but I was wrong. I have had other products underperform as well. Also, their product warranty is pathetic too. Maybe they should reconsider manufacturing their products in China.

I have had the faucet for a little over two months and have been very satisfied with it. It does what it is supposed to do and flows a lot of water when wide open. The one thing I do notice is that when the hot water side is only partially open, it tends to lose pressure after a few seconds. I am not sure if that is a side-effect of the anti-siphon device or not. Otherwise, I never think about it and that is what you want from a utility faucet.
