Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality Lighting I used to only use three of the six incandescent light bulbs in my bathroom vanity light fixture. With my new LED globe lights from the Home Depot, I use all six lights as it is much brighter and less heat. I also placed these light in my master bathroom. My wife and I really appreciate the new lights versus the older incandescent light bulbs. We tried CFL bulbs at one time, but they aren't near as good as this product. May 31, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love LED light bulbs! I got rid of all my incandescent light bulbs and have switched all of them to LED. I hate CFLs -- they are dim. These bulbs are so much brighter and don't get hot. Plus it should save me $ in my monthly electric bill. It is a win win. And they are to last for years! November 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Far better than CFLs and pleasing color for bathroom use These LED bulbs replaced CFLs in our master bathroom. We find the light to be pleasing and expect the bulbs to last far longer than the CFLs they replaced. The LED bulbs produce far less heat and use less energy. If planning to use these bulbs in fixtures with shades, be sure to compare the bulb's dimensions to your light fixture. These bulbs have a larger diameter than 'normal' incandescent bulbs. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by great replacement I had a kitchen table downlight fixture with incandescent bulbs. I switched to a Utilitech fluorescent G25 bulb, but they took too long to get to full brightness. Since I am slowly converting to LED I looked for a Cree bulb but was unable to find a Cree G25 bulb. I really like Cree and have more than 30 already. But since I have some TCP candelabra base bulbs in exterior fixtures that I've had good luck with, I tried these. I put one of these 40W LEDs next to a 60W fluorescent- these are ever so slightly whiter- but no difference in light output. Instant on, great light and if they do as well as the other TCPs I have I will be quite happy! April 15, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wrong Color Temperature in Description I bought these particular bulbs because you listed them as having a color temperature of 3000K and I wanted something WHITER than the normally yellowish 2700K Soft White temperature bulbs. They are 2700K but they look a lot more like 3000K. They look GREAT, but you might want to correct your listing for them. September 13, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Best replacement for Light I have purchased Bought these to replace the bathroom bulbs in a 3 bulb fixture. I was surprised at how bright and uniform the light is from these. Much brighter than the 40W Globe bulbs I had before. I was constantly replacing them @ 5 bucks A pop 2 to 3 times a year. These LED's will save me money in electric cost and more in Bulb Cost. I got these for 20 Bucks for 3 on sale but even @ regular price it would pay for them in saving in less than a year. September 16, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Replaced 5 slow lighting 12w CFLs Light is consistent across all bulbs, brighter than the previous bulbs November 18, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent replacement for a bathroom vanity These replaced CFL's in the master bath. My wife loves them. I prefer LED's for the usual reasons (cooler when on for a while, significantly less power draw). The only reason I took one star off, is that these are listed as the 3000K color items, but I was shipped the 2700K. Not a big deal, and not worth returning them over (especially with the cut-yourself hard plastic packaging shredded), but I did want a slightly cooler color in that bathroom, because the walls are off-white. If this is super important to you, make sure to buy in store, versus ordering online. My own guest bathroom will be getting 4000 or 5000K daylights, but 2700 to 3000 are all soft white.
