I just wanted to be fair and update my previous poor review. After having two different companies come to try to fix my boiler (and yes, the first was the only one on their certified provider list in the area) and putting $1000 into it only to have it still not work, I finally contacted Triangle directly. They initially had said that individual parts only had a one year warranty, but after listening to my story they went above and beyond and helped to locate a more skilled contractor in the area and even provided parts to have it fixed and get it working properly. While it is true that I did have problems, I can't say for sure that it was the fault of the unit and not the companies that installed and serviced it, and Triangle's level of service to stand behind their product was outstanding. My advice if you have continued problems and find yourself not having confidence in who you find using the "find a contractor" function on their site is to try the "Distributors by state" link instead, then see if their distributor can recommend someone who works on their systems, as they generally have an idea of who is good in the area.

I had the misfortune of having a Triangle Prestige 60 installed in 2010 and it has been nothing but trouble. Look up reviews online and see for yourself, they are unreliable money pits. I am pretty much at the point of just having to have it taken out and having some other brand of boiler put in, or converting to some other form of heat I am so disgusted.
