Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Hunter1014 Excellent product for small engines
I used this product for the first time last year. Even though it's a little pricey it's worth it. I've been plagued with problems from small engines for quite some time. Most of the problems were due to ethanol and separation of oil from gas. Even though you may shake the gas can to mix it. This doesn't stop separation of oil in in your engine. Which gums up the carburetor. The product does exactly what they say. Usually I find it difficult to start a small engine in the dead of winter with very cold temperatures. Not with this product. I cranked up my blower with no problem. It fired up like it was summer time . You won't be disappointed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jeff Great product for my chain saw
I keep a few cans of Trufuel 50:1 mix on hand for my chain saw which I don't use often enough to store an oil/mix gas can that will only go stale. It's pricey but it gives me confidence that the fuel is going to keep my saw running optimally when I need it. Outside of my lawn mower, I have converted most of my other gas operated lawn maintenance tools to electric (ie trimmers, blowers, etc.) because of the oil/gas mix issue. I just don't use them often or long enough to keep them in good running shape. It lasts on my shelf and doesn't take up much space. Definitely recommend this product for occasional users of chain saws.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Happy1 TRUFUEL, 50:1, thumbs up for chainsaw or garden tools
Keeping gas cans around and then mixing to achieve 40:1 or 50:1 mixtures for gas powered garden tools is NOT a good idea for the casual user. The gas if not used immediately will separate over time and go stale.
A better way is TRU FUEL. Example, my chain saw uses 50:1 mix. The 50:1 True fuel is a high octane mix perfect for my chain saw and it has stabilizers added and does not degrade or have oil separate like manual mixes. And no smoke from bad mixing. Most garden gas powered appliances use either a 50:1 or 40:1 mix, so just pick up what you need at Home Depot. A full can will power a chain saw for cutting all day long, and I mean a long day.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nico Huge time saver - well worth the purchase
I don't do a ton of yard work and I'm not a fan of mixing my own 50:1 gas/oil in a separate container. Having these on hand makes yard work extremely convenience. I bought in bulk and they claim to last years when stored in the proper conditions so this should save me time and effort for a long time.

I have very little time to do yard work, the pre-mix gas makes things stress free and easy.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sal53 PORTABLE PRE-MIXED POWER TOOL GAS! WHAT A GAS!
I just finished reviewing the gas trimmer and tools that this product is used in.
Please, do you really want to lug around a gas can and making gallons of pre-mix when you don't use it all.
EVERYBODY BUY this product.
I give ALL the credit to this product in the fact that in all my gas tools that use TRUFUEL they all start on the second pull.
My tools do not smoke as much as when I made my own premix.
READ the label this product is more than a fuel it is an engine life extender! I love it
Clean for you, the environment and your expensive gas powered tools.
Product is also available in 40:1 mix, please make sure you know what your engine uses.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by RobR Really like the convenience of this!
If you are like me, you have a gas can for each smaller engine appliance/tool. I have one for weedeater, rope winch, chainsaws, and cultivator. Now I can cut that in half with this premixed fuel that covers most of my implements.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DrBundy Works great, but you pay dearly for the convenience
I use this from time to time when I have doubts as to the age of my fuel/oil mix or when using a piece of equipment that's finicky. Have to say it's so much easier to grab a bottle of this and just pour right in the gas tank, but the cost vs mixing your own oil and gas mix is pretty steep. Used to be a gallon of gas and the oil additive would last me an entire year, and you're not supposed to keep it that long. Now that I have more equipment that's not as much of an issue, but for the homeowner with only one or two small engines this is good stuff, minus the price.
