Asked by: steff
I used two 48" sets to fit my 96" wide space. Worked very nicely.

Do the doors slide both ways or is one side permanently in place?

I want to put these in my front closet which currently has two bi-fold doors. With that, I need to be able to get access to both sides of my closet. Can I do that with this set or does only one of the doors slide while the other needs to remain permanent? Thanks.
Asked by: Jen
They will both slide in either direction.

Could these be used as an entry door to a bedroom? We have a 4' opening, arched so a standard door won't work.

We were thinking about a "barn door" style but I like the idea of having light to filter through since the adjoining room doesn't have any windows.
Asked by: Lizzy
The only problem is, I don't think the company that makes this door says it can be used as a "barn" door. I don't know why but ask the manufacturer.

I installed these doors and the bottom piece that holds the doors is place needs to be raised 1 inch. Is there a solution you can recommend?
Asked by: Brian
Hello Brian, Normally you would add a board at the top to adjust for the difference but since you have already installed them I would suggest adding a small piece of a super stripe under the bottom bracket. Super strips are actually a true 1" thick so that would give you the 1" you need.

I reordered the smashed one. The replacement just arrived at my Home Depot store in pieces again. Zero help reordering. I will need to uninstall 3 other doors and return them if I cannot get the matching 4th door. 8 years ago, I bought 11 of these. Back then, they came as a kit Ikea-style. That worked great. Now they have been cheapened, come assembled and packaged in a flimsy box without any styrofoam. If you even look at the box, the doors will break. Run, don't walk, away from this product.

Took about an hour at most. My only issue and it's a small one is the little bumpers that you put on the edge of the door. When you separate them from the card they are on the sticky part comes off. Minor issue but aggravating.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice door Love the look even if the color is very dark. Only problem is that the rollers on one door are very stiff. They would hardly move but seem to be loosening up a little.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It falls apart, is unusable. Simply put, I do not recommend this particular door at all. From the week we've put it up it has gradually fallen apart. The glass is separating from the frame and the frame itself is separating. We spent $410.97 on this door and we can't get any help from the manufacturer through the various numbers we've been provided for assistance and Home Depot says they can't do a thing, not even exchange. This door has become unusable and I've attached pictures to this review. I suppose if you want to risk $400 on a door that may or may not crumble under its own weight, go ahead. Don't, however, expect Home Depot or the manufacturer to assist at all. You will essentially throw your money away.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Better cheaper version We noticed the poor quality of veneer covering these doors and the sales associate showed us a different way to go. These other doors looked the same, except you had to paint it and buy the tract separately. But it was covered with real wood over particle board instead of essentially contact paper. These doors were $99 per panel, a lot cheaper for the same look if you don't mind taking the time to paint it. I'm getting those instead!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Absolutly Stunning I did not install these doors. My contractor told me they were very easy to install. I used two sets together and they look amazing, especially with light behind them. I do wish they were made of real wood. I am very happy with the outcome.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not much room for adjustment I would recommend this product, but just be aware the opening has to be nearly perfect to the door measurements. I measured the opening and bought the door, and the door ended up rubbing the bottom floor wood. We had to get a different piece of wood for below the door. There are 2 turn type pieces on the top of each door for adjustment that I doubt raise or lower the door even a half an inch (my estimate). Other closet doors I've ordered have allowed 2 inches of play. But now it looks nice.
