Great light when it can be had at a great price. In some ways, sadly, older editions of this model are better constructed but it's still a good light.

This flashlight is made of a heavy aluminum so it holds up well. The push button is a strong rubber so I don't think it will fail anytime soon. It also has a lanyard strap so you can carry it easily. I found the size to be good; not too thin and not too long. It is sort of short and stubby. A bright light for its size; much brighter than some others I have had. It also has multiple settings with a push of the button; high, low, strobe, and off. At times, that was a hassle as I had to cycle through the settings just to turn it off. That type of feature might be better suited for a larger flashlight. The only things I would prefer different: no way to focus the light; and batteries were AAA. I prefer AA flashlights as that is what I use the most.

This small black flashlight is blinding. It has three different lights available, kinda bright, blinding bright, and strobe bright. I love it because when you are under the house or a car it fits neatly into your mouth. It gives you super bright light were you need it most and you can keep both hands free to do the work. It uses 3 AAA batteries. The only draw-back is that on the highest brightness it will only last one hour. On the kinda bright it lasts four hours. I have used it outside at night and it lights up the area like a much bigger spot light. Using the kinda bright light is perfect for working in dark areas. It provides ample light to accomplish the work. I have not used the strobe light for anything yet. If I ever get lost in the woods, I will write a follow-up telling you how the strobe light saved my life and helped get me rescued. This is a great powerful light, fits in the tool pouch or jacket pocket and it can light up your life.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by rnak Great product, excellent manufacturer customer service
Flashlight is made with high quality materials and performs perfectly as advertised. I recently had to contact the manufacturer to order a replacement battery cage - mine had corroded from leaking batteries. They sent me two cages without charge after I explained my dilemma. That's superior customer service. Would definitely buy from this company again.

This light was bought for the 200 Lumens. We have 3 smaller versions of this light which reside in the wife's & daughter's handbags & my tool box. This one provides much greater light. Intentionally, this light was shined into my eyes for less than 1 second. For the next 5 minutes, there was a red blind spot in my vision. No attacker could do anthing to you while suffering through that experience. It lights up my yard like a very strong floodlight, It is small enough to be concealed in the palm of your hand. It DOES NOT have the zoom-to-focus feature that the smaller lights provided but with that kind of illumination it is not needed.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mike Great little flash light. But doesn't turn on when batteries get down to 60%.
I bought 2 of these Techlite Lumen Master 200s over a year ago. I love the bright focused beam. I have one in my tool bag and the other in my truck.
The only drawback was that I was changing batteries frequently. Which I thought was odd for an LED flashlight. Finally after changing the batteries for the third time in a few months I took out my multimeter and measured the "dead" batteries I just took out. All three batteries had 0.9 volts remaining. 60% of usefulness left. But not enough juice to turn on the LM 200.
A few weeks later I changed out the "dead" batteries in the other LM 200. Same thing. The batteries I took out still had 0.9 V. I reused the old batteries in other devices and they work fine.
Something to think about before buying this flash light.
