This thing is awesome. I had picked up one like it (knock off) at target for a hundred bucks and after using it and scaring the you know what out of me when I was up high I took it back and ordered this one. Its sturdy and you feel safe. Still a little wobble due to it telescoping but not bad. Well designed! Fits in my hatch back sports car.
I have used this ladder since 2008

Purchasers need to really understand the difference between the actual ladder length and the advertised working height before ordering. Works well but there is a small learning curve. User MUST read the instructions. Wish the manufacturer would use a non-marking bumper at the top of ladder. If needing to store upside down, ladder must have strap around the body so it does not open up when you move it. These issues are both minor, overall the ladder is excellent for the RV user.

This is a good product - a little complicated because if you get it up too high you have to collapse it all the way back down to get it to a different height. It's lightweight and easy to store which is a plus for me. I'm glad I spent the money on this ladder instead of a bulky ladder that doesn't collapse down to something easy to store. Overall I'm really happy with this purchase

Not only is this a safe ladder, it's easy to use and comfortable. Put it in the trunk of my small car, wow! But what I love the most is it can be stored anywhere and out of sight. Just wish you had the nerve to carry it in the store.

brand new but does not extend or collapse properly, IMHO it's a really nice idea but in reality it is a complete piece of junk

Excellent ladder for the money. I wouldn't be able to store any other type. I can't believe I can throw a 14.5' ladder in the trunk of my car! HAHA!
