Picture online looks good but after arrival the quality was poor from holes drilled in consistent to cheap screws that make install difficult. They were all returned and found different brand that looked better and easier to install and use when time to clean drapes.

These brackets are truly high quality. The ease of installation was a plus. It's nice to have a place like Home Depot with quality things to beautify and care for my home. Thank you.

I like the simplicity of the product, had one with curlicues that broke after short usage, I expect this bracket to last forever. It's nice to just purchase the brackets without having to buy a whole new curtain rod.

2 of my 4 packages arrived without the "hardware included"... NOT a Huge deal, but noteworthy if you don't have extras hanging aroud

I purchased six of these brackets to hang rods over two 100" long windows in my living room. I just finished hanging them, and so far I'm very pleased.
I originally purchased extendable rods (at another big box store) to put curtains over these same windows. The original rod and bracket set was inexpensive (around $40) and looked pretty good, but I quickly realized that in spite of the box indicating these rods would work up to 108", they were too flimsy to be extended that wide and support the weight of curtains. Eventually the brackets bent under the weight of the curtains. (My preschooler denies hanging on the curtains to further along the bending, but I'm not sure!)
I shopped around for sturdier replacements, but the items I looked at (at Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, and West Elm) were way too expensive for me. Hoping they would compare, I ordered these brackets from Home Depot after finding some 1" rods in my basement left by a previous owner. I coated the ugly old rods (1980's shiny brass) in a few coats of Rustoleum Forged Hammered spray paint in Burnished Amber. It's not a perfect match, but it's pretty close. The rods and brackets are now hanging up pretty high, and you can't tell they aren't a perfect color match from a distance...especially with the curtains in place. The end result is a pretty high end look that compares with the more expensive rods and brackets I looked at, but at much lower cost.
The brackets themselves are very thick and sturdy. I can't imagine them bending like my old brackets did...even if my preschooler is tempted to pull on them. With three brackets holding each rod, I might even be able to swing from the curtains! I did have trouble getting one bracket in place, and was glad I had a few extra wall anchors in my toolbox. The other five brackets went up just fine with the included hardware (screws and plastic wall anchors).
I hope wherever in China these were manufactured, it's in a place where the workers are treated well. Not knowing those details is my only hesitation in giving a 100% recommendation for this product.
