I would like to center-draw a pair of curtains over a sliding window that is 8' (96"). I'm trying to figure out if the brackets get in the way of the O-rings? Can the curtain be drawn all the way to the sides? Thanks!

26 in. - 48 in. Telescoping New Orleans in Antique Bronze 1 in. Drapery Rod Set is rated 4.6 out of 5 by 17.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Beautiful but a problem This product is very beautiful! It did the job I needed it for but there was a problem along the way. I had 3 windows on a wall next to each other so needed extralong rod. It was hard to find one that long that I liked! I wanted to hang 3 curtains from the rod. It is sturdy and looks amazing. The problem was that it doesn't fit together to make the length. I was able to fit it together to make it long but then the finnial didn't fit on the end. There was some rubber inserts and my husband was able to shove it on there but I was worried it won't be secure. It probably won't get bumped so seems to be fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bad experience I ordered the 80 to 160 inch rods only to find they send you 2 kits of the 80 inch rods. So instead of 2 rods, my window has 4 rods attached to each other to make 160 inches. I wish that was explained before I ordered the curtain rod. Other name brands carry the longer length rods. If I new this before, I would have reconsidered my purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very Happy With this Rod Set Must admit I was reluctant to order this rod, being the length, but we needed 145 inches. It is heavy duty, had all the brackets needed, We used ring clips with it and it worked will due to needing six brackets for proper installation. Only recommendation would be to use heavier screws for the brackets than was provided in the set.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice sturdy curtain rod. This rod has a design flaw when trying to make it function in the much longer lengths ( our area-148 in. Wide). We used the bigger rod & two plastic rings from the 26-48 in" rod to connect the 80-160 in" to stabilize it. Worked like a charm. Worth the extra purchase in the end; but Artifactory should offer this extension solution; so that you don't have to search for extra parts to make it work!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks great!! This product looks fantastic in my house! This is definitely the look that I was going for. The only downside is that in order to get the 160", they combine two of the shorter rods. When combining the two sets, it's missing one of the "O" rings. I don't intend to move my curtains too much, so this isn't a problem for me, but the curtains do catch on the connection point when they are moved.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quality Rod and Finials This is a decent quality drapery rod with nicely ornate finials. The finials are slightly larger and heavier than your typical finials, which is a bonus. They also match up well with these large diameter curtain rods. One star deduction from the rating due to the lack of an o-ring for the rods (where they insert together). This is an absolute necessity for smooth movement of drapes that have attached rings. Otherwise, the rings snag on the rod insert. Now I have to find o-rings that fit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from expensive looking, heavy iron hardware I am a professional drapery maker...ordered this hardware for a client, was pleasantly surprised how heavy the iron was....great value, really sturdy, expensive looking. will definitely use again.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This product is just as beautiful as it is pictured! I truly love this drapery rod! It is as beautiful as the online picture. I highly recommend this product. Please note that the finial is much heavier than anticipated, and I was concerned about its weight along with the weight of my draperies being positioned on my thin walls.
