I used these anchors to hang a heavy shadow box displaying a football jersey. They worked great for that - but one broke off while I was trying to install it, so I ended up shoving it the rest of the way into the abyss inside the wall. The installation videos you watch show the piece which holds the toggle in place just sliding right into the hole in the wall - but that's not what happened when I tried to do it. I had to wiggle that piece slightly back and forth (while holding the toggle tight against the wall) so it would ratchet on one side and then ratchet on the other side and finally work its way into position - all the while holding the toggle tight against the wall and trying not to break off the sides. so on the Besidesfor a wall which has a pocket door inside it. They worked well for

Straps broke on all 6 toggles with gentle pressure, which left the metal inside the wall and rendered the anchors useless.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great idea - junk execution These look like a great idea. They will work for applications where the screw can't be pulled tight like hanging a heavy mirror with hooks on the back. Unfortunately, the plastic straps are so weak that they break inside the clip, not outside, making it useless just as the installation is completed. It took all 6 in the package to get 2 good ones in the wall. Junk - do not waste your money.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great drywall anchors I used these drywall anchors to hang a 45 lb iron stag head and an 80 lb floating mirror into 1/2" drywall without issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Plastic Straps break easily I was trying to mount 3/4" plywood to the drywall & metal studs using these 3/16" strap toggles (ultimate goal was to put a TV & mount on the plywood). First, I drilled the 2" holes required through the plywood, drywall, and metal studs. I put the strap toggles through all try and tightened the strap. (The plywood is a 3/4" x 2' x 4'). I "secured" the plywood to the wall using 3 of these toggles. Once the 3 toggles were installed, I was planning to add another 9 toggles to the plywood before mounting the TV mount. Within 15 seconds of letting the plywood hang from the 3 toggles, all the toggles broke. They broke at the plastic straps - they did not pull out of the walls. The second time, I decided to secure the toggles against the wall and then screw the plywood. (First time I tried to secure the plywood also). I screwed the plywood using the top 3 holes and using 3 more toggles with the included machine bolts (and added Washers). The plywood held and I was able to drill 9 pilot holes. Then, I removed the screws to take down the plywood. At this point , 2 of the 3 toggles again broke at the plastic straps. It states that the strap toggle does not need the screws to anchor and that I should be able to remove and later re-install the screws. Also, I was surprised that the toggle were so weak that they could not hold plywood. I'm obviously not going to try to complete mounting the plywood with these toggles and definitely not mount the TV mount and TV. Maybe someone can tell me if I am doing something wrong and I will gladly change this review, but for now I am returning these toggles and trying a competing brand at Lowe's.
