Can you make the template available online?

When I bought this product, it did not have the template included. I will return it for another one but it would be handy to be able to print it at home instead of driving to the store, again.

The double threaded screws that affix the numbers to the house break/snap super easily. They are made of a cheap metal that snaps with Les than 3lb of pressure. It does not bend it snaps. I installed five numbers and half the screws broke / snapped. I ended up using glue. This is a sub standard product. Very disappointed.

Well, in short, the mounting studs are pot metal, betting to break and snap off in the number back where you can't drill them out. We had to use better studs at extra cost, from the hardware store. Directions are terrible, mounting templates are a help. Ours went into wood siding. That was easy to drill. It must be the right size. If slightly small, they studs will snap right off. If too big the numbers won't stay in. Best is to drill the same size and gently push the numbers in but I recommend using wood carpenter's glue to secure them and seal the wood. Even then, there is no guarantee the mounting studs won't break. They are junk. There are better choices, making your own out of wood, using a router on plywood, then staining or painting so the numbers are attractive and stand out. There is also the attractive ceramic tile numbers. Bottom line: No. Not worth the overpriced cost. There are much better choices out there.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great looking number, poor mounting system These numbers looks great, have an attractive font, are die cast metal, and have a nice finish, look like they are powder coated. The mounting studs are pot metal and break very easily. Don't depend on the template supplied with number to guide you to drill your mounting holes in the correct places. Numbers won't be straight and even. After re-drilling holes to get numbers located correctly, I have unused holes in my steel siding around my house numbers that look terrible. I'm going to have to make a wooden plaque to cover the holes in my mangled steel siding, and mount the house numbers on the wooden plaque using a mounting method of my own design.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your money The mounts these are sold with are some kind of compressed aluminum screw and every single one snapped in half or off at the base. I dropped one on my linoleum kitchen floor and two of the screws shattered. Literally shattered. And the rest broke off during instillation...which we did exactly as the instructions indicated. Now we have a 11 holes drilled into the front of our house, some of which still have the broken metal pieces in...so that's awesome. Thankfully, we were able to return them for a full refund. But there are still a bunch of holes drilled in my house. I'm SO frustrated.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very Low Quality Attempted installation per instructions and BOTH posts snapped with very little pressure. Posts are not made of plastic! They'll snap right in half or even thirds. See the photos.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Take care in the installation... Be sure to follow the instructions found by unfolding the package's cardboard backing. 1. Be careful in step 4 when instructed to attach studs to the back of each number using small adjustable wrench or 1/4" end wrench - the stud is lightweight metal and easily shears off. Be gentle! 2. You'll need silicon caulk to anchor the studs into the holes you drill. It's better to overfill the holes with caulk and trim later than to try to add caulk to fill voids. 3. If float mounting, the finishing hole will be too big if you use a 1/4" drill bit. I suggest a 15/32" or 7/16" finish hole.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy. This is a terrible product. The threads on the hardware are terribly cut and the material is a very poor quality sintered metal. This resulted in me shearing the bolts off twice. After two trips to Home Depot, I decided to just Gorilla Glue it to fix it, rather than return a third time. The finish is also terrible... nicely brushed steel on the top, but it looks like somebody took a nail file to the sides. Finally, the mounting system is completely idiotic. It's not mounted with screws, but is instead mounted with ribbed metal dowels that you're supposed to glue in place with caulk after drilling an obscenely large hole in your work surface. This is the only review I've ever written on this website, but this product annoyed me so much I felt like I needed to speak up. Do not buy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great looking numbers, cheap screws. We bought the black numbers and love the font and the 'floating' option, but several of the screws broke with only minimal pressure. We exchanged one number the first time it happened, but after the second and then the third we gave up. That meant filing 12 holes in our exterior wall with wood putty and then touching up with paint. A wasted hour or two with nothing to show for it. We returned them all.
