Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 1 reviewer.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Super Convenient These things are great. First off, the anchor just screws into the wall using a phillips bit, so you dont have to do any of that drilling out a hole for your anchor, then redrilling it cause it wasn't big enough, then swearing because now it's too big. Just pick where you want it, screw it in, and you're good. My favorite application for these things is for old door casings that have worn out the screw holes for the hinges so the screw just falls out of the old hole. I do maintenance on old apartments and owners would rather you cob something together than have to rip out the oddly sized door frame from 80 years ago and frame in a new one. Previously I would have had to move the hinges to a new spot or filled in the old holes with an epoxy and wood chip combo and drill the screws into that. Now I can just drill these anchors in, which are much wider than any wear and tear hole, and screw the hinges back on. My one hour project just turned into five minutes. November 14, 2015
