Rated 3.3 out of 5 by 94 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by I was so excited when we put this in, now three months later it is coming back out! At first this sink seemed so perfect. I was so pleased - but it has been three months now and it is coming back out. I am very careful and keep vinyl mats down and it still looks 20 years old. It is so soft that it takes almost nothing to scratch it. I am horribly disappointed and more than a bit irritated to have to take it clear back out. We tried car wax and it helped but still doesn't look great. Not Home Depot standards! June 21, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Breckenridge Sink We purchased granite counter tops from Home Depot along with this sink. Worse mistake we’ve ever made. It chips and scratches easily. Stains appeared almost immediately and are impossible to get out. You can’t use any kind of cleanser. I’ve never seen anything that held up so poorly. As other reviewers said, it does look nice when new, but that new look disappears in very short order. We’re also stuck with this horrible sink because it’s under mounted. Thermocast did send us a replacement but what’s the point in having it installed. We got an estimate from a granite installer and the labor to swap it out is cost prohibitive. I wouldn’t mind the cost if I knew the new sink would last but it will look like the old one in a few months. What a predicament. November 16, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst Sink EVER! I have not even had this sink in for two months, and it looks like it went through Hurricane Katrina. Problem, I under mounted it, not easy to replace. Especially since my new granite counter tops are cut to the shape of the sink! Don't know what I will do now. This thing gets NO stars - too bad there is no place to place negative stars!!! I only rated it because this site makes you! Did not take photos, too disgusted just to look at it! I really want my money back or the manufacturer to replace it with a better sink! By the way, we just remodeled the house and although this sink looked fantastic on display and in the box, this was the worst product choice of all. It looks like a 50 year old sink in a newly remodeled presentation. Do not buy this sink. November 13, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Don't buy - not durable, looks awful Like another reviewer, we too inherited this sink when we bought our house. I can attest to this sink not standing up to everyday wear and tear. This sink can't be more than a couple of years old, and it is rough, dull, cloudy, and I think only a professional refinishing could fix it. We'll be replacing it, however. It's a shame, because as far as the size, shape, and function of the sink, it's a good sink. But the material is poor, and ends up looking like it's 20 years old when it's actually relatively new (in sink years). Get better value for your money, buy better quality. October 8, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by BelieveIt I've learned you should believe what you read. I read all the reviews and thought, "well, it can't be that bad." Guess what. It is. I didn't even have it installed yet and there were marks on it. I was selling my house and had just put in new counter tops, and this sink made everything look old and used. It scratches, it gets spots on it from who knows what. And none of it comes out. You cannot use anything slightly abrasive on it and no amount of "spit and polish" will remove the spots and stains. Water does not drain out of it fully. I could go on and on, just read what everyone else has to say about it. A total waste of money. November 25, 2014
