Almost ordered a stainless sink, but decided on the black to go with black appliances. It looks very classy along with the Delta Grant faucet and Glacier Bay RO faucet in brushed stainless also purchased at Home Depot. I just wish I could win the $1000 for this post and I could immediately buy the items for my next project!

First bought this sink in FL, loved it, and bought it again in NY. It was delivered timely and in good condition. We prefer a drop in sink and this one is great. Love the design around the bowl and that the trim continues around behind the faucet to created a rim to keep water from escaping around the back. It's nice and deep, light weight yet durable, and best of all - looks like a designer sink.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by lbug Drain hole was uneven, nice looking sink
The drain hole was cut unevenly on this sink, making hooking up the plumbing difficult not to have a leak. A lot of caulk was needed around the sink hole on the inside of the sink to meet the gaps. If you have the money, I would recommend a higher quality sink. It also took over a week to arrive. That being said, this sink is pretty, and shiny and looks great with my white appliances and faucet. The lip is raised higher on the edges than I would have liked. I do like how the edge of the sink allows ample room to sit soaps and scrubbies and such.

I was alittle worried about buying an acrylic sink, having only had SS or cast in the past. Although the sink has only been in a day, I can tell it will suit my needs perfectly. It was much lighter and very simple to work with! Compared to a 80 lb beast that was in there! I was alittle worried about the "thin" border, wondering if there was going to be enough surface contact for the sealer to get a good seal. HINT: Get faucet and trap into place. Loosely hook up plumbing, do not attach yet. Apply the sealant (store recommneded Phenoseal- WAY easier to work with compared to regular silicon!), place sink in hole, quickly hook up plumbing without moving sink all around. Fill sink with water, the water will hold it tight to counter top (mine is corian). LEAVE the house so you are not tempted to mess around with it. Come back a couple hours later, drain the sink, and it'll be perfectly sealed! The sink is beautiful! We have white corain counter tops and black appliances, the black sink breaks up the counter tops (the previous sink was white also). Cleans up nicely with water.

I love this sink! It looks super high end for a good price. Everyone who has seen my kitchen has complimented the sink. I feel like it takes the kitchen to the next level. The only downside is that you have to make sure to rinse out the sink every time you use it. The tiniest of things will be obvious on the black surface, but thats true for any black sink not just this product.

I purchased this sink on-line after reading other reviews. We installed the sink as part of a Kitchen upgrade to our vacation condo along with a new faucet and disposal. It looks great and was easy to install because it is so light weight. A lot of people think it's a cast iron sink.

This is a nice quality sink. One thing to be aware of is that this sink requires a smaller opening to sit in. I bought this sink to replace the stainless steel one that came with the house. This sink overlapped the old opening at no more than 1/8" on the sides. Verify the opening of your current sink with the outside dimension of this one.
