Answer:
Yes, Certainly. For a small 7' x 22' addition attached to my house, I ordered 3. Once I have it back level again, I'll shim the top row of blocks. If it settles again, I have the option to give them a few turns. Where's it gonna go? Each jack holds 18,000# x 3= 54,000# that's 27 Tons. Our whole house probably doesn't weigh that much.

Super S 15 in. Jack Post is rated 3.9 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very useful device While I am unable to compare it with any other brand, directly, it seems to be more than adequate for the task. The lifting force applied to an end joist, by the jack, for the floor of a living room of a very old house was just what it needed. The floor had subsided about a half an inch, and there was a crack in the drywall of the room. I raised the end joist about 3/8 inch. I think I have permanently stopped the sinking of the walls where I used it. I may have prevented paying thousands of dollars of repair costs in the future. I used two 2"x 10"x 10" cement "paver" blocks for the base of the jack. The pavers are level on dry and solid soil in the mountains near Denver. The jack could be adjusted in the future, if needed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Deck Post Jack The items arrived a day early. So that was a good thing. The Jacks were exactly as shipped. I was hoping by the picture that at least one of the base plates would have been welded. As they are now you have to align the top plate and hope it doesn't fall off. I will get it welded on to solve that problem. When you are dealing with a 6"X 6" X 10' board that can be a problem. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Very lightweight jacks The jacks are very lightly constructed and rely on the load to keep them assembled. Top and bottom plates are of very thin material. The tubes center on dimples in the plates. They probably work but are as minimally constructed as possible. I returned them and bought some well engineered jacks from Ellis Manufacturing. The Ellis jacks are considerably more expensive but well worth it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Replacing columns on front porch Works well. I think I'm using it the correct way, no diagram of assembly came with it. For my use, it works great. It's a little hard to get into place, you really need three hands to hold in place and tighten up. Once it's got some weight on it no problem.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 15 in jack post success Bought 2 jack posts to repair damage to boardwalk at lake front. Groundhogs destroyed stability. Put cement base then placed jacks and screwed into cross support boards. Finished with Quickcrete and gravel. Very solid. Worked great.

I used it to raise the sagging floor of a house close to 100 years old, and close a crack in the loving room wall above. It worked well. The crack, after minimal patching and repainting, is almost invisible.

They wored for the project I had, but the instructions on the side indicated an additional post which was not included and I wish the connection between the large washer piece and the large post had been more secure.
