Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by $440 down the drain We purchased this lawn mower in June 2010. We purchased it to be environmentally friendly. The warranty was 2 years. In our 3rd season, the electric engine failed. When I took the engine cover off, I discovered that the bolt the holds a cooling fan on to the motor was in the engine well. The fan no longer turned with the engine. I took it to a Toro technician who informed me that the engine had overheated due to overuse and lack of maintenance. He did not think that the lack of cooling from the disabled fan caused the overheating. The engine replacement would run me $180 plus installation. Rather than being environmentally responsible, I have to add 70 pounds of Toro junk to the land fill. Stay away from this machine, it is heavy, poor cutting and will turn into an expensive lawn ornament in just over 2 years. July 19, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Had to have new motor replaced at 14 months/under waranty Concerned as to why the motor failed me at 14 months. November 3, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by e-Cycler Cordless (20360 I like the mower for the ease of mowing my lawn. It is a little heavier than my other mower, but I am able to manage this new Toro. The larger back wheels are a plus, because I have a lot of tree roots in the back yard. There is no problem, so far, with the performance of my Toro. I recommend this mower for anyone looking for a new battery/cordless mower. It does a great job mulching and mowing. The bag is easy to remove and empty. Joni September 25, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by not worth the money, when it was sold 15 year ago to heavy, not sp.. battery at that time were too much of a cost... October 12, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by 5 years and going strong I have used all different kinds of mowers on my double city lot: reel, gas, corded electric. I still have the reel mower, but the other 2 were sold after one season. I ask a lot of my mower. It has to cut through some borderline brushy stuff, and often the only time I can mow is in the morning when the grass is wet and thick. No problem, I just scrape everything off with a wooden paint stirrer, hit the reset button and we're off again. I don't know how long the battery would last because I am usually done in 90 minutes.
